The judge wasn't ruling on the "travel ban" as a whole.. He was ruling on a specific family's case. Now that he has ruled that the ban can not be used against this family a new case will be brought against the bill it's self.

It's called setting a precedent.. There is now a precedent in the books. This is the same way the first ban was blocked. It's called pushing over the first domino and watching the rest fall. It's how these things are done..

And by the way, no one yet has explained how a temporary travel ban by 6 failed states is a "muslim ban" being that there are 10X more Muslim majority countries which aren't affected.

Because that's what Trump called it during his entire campaign...

Being that you were wrong on so many counts, in such a short space, it's fairly obvious that you had to actually go read the article and realized your error and then had to start making broader arguments as misdirection rather than addressing or admitting your errors.

No. he didn't. He did comment several times about "banning muslims". It was made within the context of Syrian refugees and Obamas plan to allow as many unchecked foreign fighters who hate the USA (and you) as possible into the country with the FBI director himself saying there was no way to vet these people.

He never called any EO a "Muslim ban" and the simple fact is that only 6 failed states are facing a TEMPORARY TRAVEL BAN for obvious reasons.

A "Muslim ban" would mean banning anyone who is Muslim or any country with a Muslim majority... but of course the facts rarely suit your agenda or support your narrative or the liberal narrative, so why bother with them...?
