absolute rubbish. The whitepaper is nothing but vague promises of huge success without any explanation how to get there.

now, if one of the big-3 tubes implemented a steem-like system, that could work. but proncoin is obviously a shitcoin.

if the white paper is good so consumers think they can get rich from porn, i would buy. And sell very fast. Cause most plans are just made to get money. And than probably disappear. Maybe the last and final money maker people aim at, selling shitcoins. Same with some casino coins, people think there must be money in gambling and invest. There are now several porn coins. And in the end you get things like “make money while you watch porn”. Well, that doesn’t need to cost billions, there are already scripts that can do that, mainstream ICO’s are building most already etcetra. Most just copy a white paper for example from Oyster (PRL) put a label 'porn' on it and go. I think you can make money with it. Bu I remember Adultvest also :)

But the blockchain and cryptocurrency is great when it is widely accepted. There will come great new hosting solutions, payment solutions etcetra.

It looks like a scam

Looks like a pile of shit. The fact that they present logos of a bunch of companies in the whitepaper and write that these companies are either in "or have been contacted" makes it seem really sketchy.

Wow, I am amazed! Not even one positive word. Although I am new to the crypto stuff I thought this coin could be something. Looks like it's not.
Damn, I have to digg deeper to understand what's hot and what's not...

The positive is that the porn industry can always get a high atention in mainstream media and from followers. If i was working on that coin i would launch a big campaign, better than bitconnect ;) If buyers believe it, you can make money by buying early.

In the end, doesn't give much extras. What i see is they copy a site idea that already exists with tokens. But now call it crypto currency and blockchain. And the site isn't there, first you buy coins in the hope there will be a site sometime in the future that has something to offer. I think there will be a mindgeek token soon, they already have the community and audience. They could make a lot extra money with a sort of Steem token. There are many interesting things happening.

maybe one new "mindgeek" will pop up. Or a new "adultvest" or "Coin-Passporte". Everything is possible.

If you can't smell a scam based on a whitepaper you shouldn't fuck with crypto

Can you track down the company registration for PRON COIN LTD? It's nowhere online.

Pay attention to who is involved....

Not sure how many of you know Zoran, but he has been around for a long time and is someone who has done very well with pretty much everything he has done up to this point. If anyone wants to actually look into PronCoin (more than just assuming its a shitcoin) let me know. I'll get you in contact with them. They were answering a lot of questions at Internext from astute people and the ones I talked to about it agreed it's not just another coin. :2 cents:

Can you track down the company registration for PRON COIN LTD? It's the British "company" listed in the proncoin site as their business emtity. It's nowhere online.

How is anyone expected to trust a British company that's not registered to do business in Britain? You're supposed to list your 8 digit British company trade number next to the company name, this isn't done on the pron coin site either.

Why is the Pron Coin Facebook page listed as a "performance art" page? Why do only 16 people like Pron Coin?

I looked at the link you provided:

1) The company was created less than a month ago

2) There's only one man listed in the Articles of Incorporation and he owns all the shares of Proncoin LTD

3) The man in control is a Slovenian, giving a Slovenian address, on the British companies articles of incorporation that gives the companies address as a P.O.Box. So if anything goes wrong we have to track a guy in Slovenia down.

I didn?t clarify anything. Merely pointed you towards the information you couldn?t find.

Due to the wrong company name being listed multiple times on the site. Now it makes sense that Proncoin lists it's company as "Performance Art" it's Facebook page.

It's Zoran here from PronCoin, I just got from Las Vegas Internext and AVN shows and I'll be answering all of your questions and concerns regarding our project!

This will be a long reply, but after this one, I will be answering to anyone who wants to know about us and how it will work etc...
Also I would like to say thank you for all your opinions, bad or good ones.

So I see mostly people talking here about us being some shit coin or whatever..., but that's probably because it's hard for someone to understand what we gonna do and how we will do it. And I know for a fact, that most of people when something new is coming are very sceptic. I hear tons of people every day how they missed a boat with BTC or ETH and others..., but that happened because they were sceptic and was very negative regarding crypto currencies and any crypto payments. Now most of them are into crypto even if they missed it. Those who are not in crypto, are still talking about how this is a bubble and that it will burst etc... In the mean time, the world have tons of new millionaiers, people that are earning more money than ever before. But let me talk more about our project and PronCoin it self.

How we gonna get to the point of creating some great and deliver what we say in our whitepaper?
As most of you know TOKEN SALE is to collect investments from people that believe in the project and of course in return they expect gains from those investments. We're already passed our softcap which was 690k and while I'm typing this we're not around 2.8M$. After the Vegas show that we attended, we got an amazing support and response from people that actually understand adult business and actually do things that make changed in adult business. So we're moving forward, we're expanding the team, we will continue and make somethign great. A lot of news are coming and we're excited about the whole thing. After the token sale, most of our collected money will go to development ( which is expensive for what we're doing ), also we will put a lot into marketing and SEO, a lot of media exposure coming and we're in the process to hire more pople to be part of our team.

For people who are investigating and checking up on me on private channels.
I do not use private social profiles for projects I do. That's why PronCoin have it's own twitter account, facebook page etc... If you guys are judging based on that, everyone can see that you're digging on wrong places :). Having UK company is something normal. I opened it when we started and probably anyone opens a company when they start a new business. So why would that be weird? When Apple or Facebook opened their comapnies, they were scam companies because of that ?!? Their project was shit projects?!? And they have companies all over the world... for example Ireland ( we all know why, if you don't do a research ). I'm not going into details, why we opened company in UK,... but as many knows, to open a UK company is completely legit and we did it for a reason. And that does not make us scam company :). But you can have your opnion. I'm just explaining as judging by that is ridiculous.

It's hard to explain anything to people that do not understand the business and are trolling around whole day on forums. People that are actually doing things and making an impact in the business are not trolling here whole day and trashing things. That's the difference between doers and haters. But everyone have it's own opinion and you are free to say anything. We will continue with our work, we are moving on and we're doing one hell of a good job so far. So keep trolling or whatever. In one year from now, we will create something awesome, you guys will still be here, trolling and hating people that do actually something .

BUT LET ME TALK ABOUT SOME FACTS REGARDING PRON COIN:

We got tons of positive words and lots of interested people that would like to be part fo this project. We had interview with local journal and I met with some of really big names in the business and we had 1:1 talks and once you hear things from our dev guy and me as a guy who actually knows all parts of the business, since I have high traffic free sites, I had paysites, I had free trial sites, I'm doin media buys, sell adult stuff online, you would know we are real and serious about it. We developed many amazing CMS's ( but not for sale ) and are actually easy to use... not like some Mechbunny and similar crap tube cms's that are made for masses. If you want succesful site, you need to make custom and by your needs and ideas. The only good CMS for example out there is KVS if you can't afford custom or don't have good developer!

- We're not stressing about bad comments and comments from people that are affraid of new things and maybe even don't understand how all this work. We know that most of comments on GFY comes from trollers and signature exposures.
