If he was smart he could have used the time he wasted playing phone games with paypal to make more money than he was arguing over.

Never understood why so many people waste their vaulable time doing that. Just write it off and move on. Its business and not every dollar gets collected. That's the game we play.

Everyone, even you, wastes far more valuable time on things that may not really matter than you know. Some things are principally unfair or wrong, and although it may moneywise not be sensible to spend time on such matter, we do.

I called them twice, they were already reviewing our account but they would put pace into it nonetheless. That was last month:(

I don't love paypal but if you breach their TOS then your funds get frozen.

The money is rarely the point. Its the treatment of supposed "CUSTOMERS" that generally is the piss off.

But , there is a point where talking to people isn't going to help. $300 or $300,000 , It's time for baseball bat action..

I think you missed the point.. The point is the TOS is so open that they can hold accounts of users with political or religious beliefs that differ from their own ..

Basically any reason. This is a very very dangerous power.

Imagine if visa closed *suspended * every account that made a political contribution to kerry the day of the election..

Lets say paypal wanted to screw with it's competition , all they would have to do is *suspend* every account that does business with its competitors.

Man this phone call is kinda scary. But who has exactly read the terms and condition? I think everyone should cause I recon there is a lot of stuff on there.
