My psycho bitch neighbor had one served on me.

Fucking amazes me that someone can lie and get one. What sucks is it says I have to stay 100 yards from her property ?

I live next door and that would include all of my property.

Sounds like bullshit to me.


Funny thing is the stalker found my other phone line on the internet and left a message that I had a court hearing on Oct 1 at 9 a.m. for a restraining order.

Yeah,she's a felon that should have went to jail for elder fraud and has one million dollar judgements against her that she can not have deleted with bankruptcy due to fraud so she is looking for someone to sue.

I am just the lucky next door neighbor who has to put up with her shit.


She already killed my horse earlier in the year by intentionally flooding my pasture . Her life sucks so she trying to take someone down with her..

Don't take this the wrong way, but stalers aren't generally the ones who take out restraining orders against the people they are stalking. Stalkers are usually the ones who get served with restraining orders.

I know that. You never live next to a crazy criminal before.

Sounds like you had a TRO placed on you and not a full restraining order.

She is supposed to say if it will interfere with your workplace or home if it is placed into effect, on the application.

She obviously already served you I would suppose since you know about it. So she was given the TRO, you need to go to court ASAP and petition it now. Since legally she can nail your ass at any time when she calls the cops.

Yeah, I had emailed the D.A. that tried to get her locked away for the fraud in July for advise and he gave it to me then asked me license plates on her vehicles so I am guessing they are watching her closely and are going to do something.


Fucking with me is her last pathic effort to do some damage before she is probably going to be locked away.

She's hiding her assets which is a big no no when you are in bankruptcy.

It is an order to show cause/ TRO. I think it might be invalid though cause it makes me commit a misdemeanor at the time of being serviced by just being on my property.

TRO's are mutual, if you won't let me within 50' of you, you can't come within 50' of me. Or else you violate the TRO also, and be default, the TRO would go out of effect.

Give me a break. Trust me, she can not get within 100 yards of you either. It means you can't approach her. Nothing else. It is not like if you are at the market shopping and she walks in that you are now subject to arrest.

Then don't do this yourself. I am quite familiar with it, and have spent many hours in courtrooms, watching people trying to wing it, that got so fucked, simply because they said the wrong thing.

Think of Judge Judy, or Judge Brown, and the stupid things people say that cause them to lose. Happens all the time when people try to do things they are not qualified to do.

I have to talk to an attorney about that. I do think my rights have been valiated since I have been told I can't leave the house.

I have been served with a TRO and told I can not go out of my house and take care of my horses. My horses are one of my businesses.

Ex. If one of my horses gets caught on the fence or pull the hotwire down, I could not go take care of the horses or the fence if she is standing around.

Actually, I was in small claims court when I did day care years ago, and I won. The judge even awarded me 9 times what I asked for just to piss the girl off cause she was lying so much.

I actually only got the amount I asked for but I know the judge did it just to give her a rise..

See an attorney. She is using legal leverage and basicly that is not violating your rights.
Did she name both you and your husband? If not then cant your husband deal with horses?
What reasoning did she place on the TRO?

Small claims is not civil or superior court. In small claims your not allowed an attorney in the court room. The other courts are another game with very, very technical rules.

If you go to court and say "I can't leave my house because of this TRO, the judge is going to think you are insane.

If you were yelling and screaming and going nuts when you were served, I can imagine the cop did tell you to stay inside just to shut you up.

She's a manipulater and I won't let her .

I pissed her off cause I have told her not to flood my pasture after I lost my colt. She would not stop. I complained to the water co, the county coding and nobody would do anything.

Finally, last month my hub put a complaint on file at the animal control so if we lose another animal because of her , there will be a record.

She has flipped because of this and thinks I did it. She already made a fake 911 call on me when I was cleaning up the fiberglass of an old building we were tearing down. Told the sheriff's I threatened her when she actually threatened me. She said I was intentionally spooking her horses. I was nowhere near the fence or her animals.

When they came to talk to me and asked my side of the story, I said I had been advised to file a TRO by the DA. She was probably standing on the other side of the trees listening and wants to stay one step ahead of me.
