Not for the theme of their site though. Unless they are advocating and counselling others to commit real acts of violence and murder that is. Otherwise it's all just fantasy, and is as protected as content of a similar nature appearing in movies and on TV. And... there are a lot of movies with scenes of violence and murder against women out there. A lot.

Now, some of you may disagree with me and not like my answer and that's fine. But the fact of the matter is, sites like that are currently legal in the US and protected under freedom of expression. The only legal point to stand on as far as taking them to task IS the stolen content issue as far as I can see.

Unless it's illegal (CP, beast etc), you can't go telling others what they can or can't be fantasizing about nor the type of site from which they share those fantasies.

Sites like this worry me. It shows that someone is not well and needs serious psychological help. If people are fantasizing about it, there's a reason. They want to do it. Who's to say it won't happen? Shutting it down won't stop that but if I were the models and/or families of those people depicted on the site I would be quite worried and offended by such a site.

It's the difference between fantasy and reality, and there are a lot of people out there who don't seem to know the difference.
