Yes you just have to push it to another account with the registrar.

Domain is worthless as its infringing on the name of the well known drink Xango. www.xango.com

It is registered with a resellers account of directi, all you have to do is open a free account and I can push it to you, from there you can move it where ever you want it after 60days....

That means nothing as long as the built website has nothing to do with the drink and you have disclaimer in footer that states you have nothing to do with the company xango.....


I owned ipodminimart.com and ebayingsecrets.com, I just let them drop go check whois, I have history in this subject and know the facts through legal counsel.....

You are talking like a complete domainer noob. Even if you have content, they can still yank the domain from you easily. A simple email to Apple and Ebay's legal dept and I can have the domains you referenced taken from you without you being able to do anything.

So for all interested, this domain is worthless as you will probably lose it.

You know what, you are really owning yourself here, I said I had to let them drop, I already went through it all, attorney and all, I do not own the domains anymore, because I was useing one to sell Ipod minis and the other to sell ebaying secrets.....


The only reason I had to stop using them is because I was using them to push related products..... and they can't take shit, all they can do it make you let it sit dormant till it drops..........



In this case for this domain there is nothing that they can or will want to do what so ever.... as long as the domain is not used for anything to do with drinks, it don't even need a disclaimer on the bottom, that is just for extra protection....

I can flat out tell you that you are absolutely wrong about them not being able to yank the domain from you. I've known dozens of webmasters that have registered domains infringing on the trademarks of well known companies and they have lost the domains without any say so.

Yes I've been through it too and am well aware of the legalities. Since you're admitting that the content on the domain will be restricted to anything regarding the drink company Xango, why are you marketing it was as a domain for anti Zango content?

So in summary, anyone interested in this domain will have to create a site around the drink Xango according to Jon's own words.
