How much coffee do you drink?
 

So how much coffee do you drink everyday? how much do you think is too much? :)

I'm at about 8 cups a day and it seems I'm having troubles sleeping at night - go figure:disgust

I just drag threw the day though if I dont get my coffee

I stopped drinking coffee and switched to green tea.

I am good for a few mug fulls at least. Love good coffee!

I'd go for Starbuck's Mocha Frappuccino....once a day...

none, I've never liked coffee. So I never drank it.

Way too much. I don't usually count, I just throw them back till 5 pm.

About 3 cups. I get more caffeine from about 5 sodas.

Too much. (2much haha get it ? :P ) I start a pot in the morning and keep making it all day. It helps me concentrate and type like a speed demon, but sometimes it just overspeeds me and I gotta do the dishes or take a quick walk around the block to burn it off... waaay too much. By the end of the week it feels like my skin's falling off... Thank god for weekends - I take a break from caffeine until monday...

When I stop drinking it during the week it's cause you KNOW I've been over-abusing (as opposed to acceptably abusing it hahah)... that's when I switch to Monster for that morning kick in the ass....

hows that going? does it still wake you up and give you that extra jump?

Yeah, it took me awhile to get used to the taste or lack of it I should say. Still, I don't get the jitters like I used to with coffee and green tea has good for you anti-oxidants in it.

I drink random amounts. Cawfee kindy make me narvous whan I drank it, mmhmmm...

It has caffiene so it does give me a little kick but, not the same as a strong cup of joe. Coffee was just wrecking havoc on me. I was getting heart flutters and it was freaking me out.

just got a starbucks barista espreesso machine
so lets say 4

starbucks is alright but I wouldn't want to drink it everyday

when I go there I usually just get an expresso or a regular cup of coffee

I drink half a pot in the morning & then usually have another cup in the afternoon.

Zero - 0.... No caffeine at all.. I am on water and milk or OJ..

I have a Tully's coffee shop in my building. Some days I go down there 2 times throughout the day and get a Venti Vanilla late with 4 shots. I haven't been down today. I'm trying to cut it out.

i don't drink coffee, but i love my diet mountain dew. i stopped drinking it for one week and i swear to you, i was falling asleep in my chair. it sucked. needless to say i brought that back into my life, but come the new years it's back out again. i've really gotta just cut it out completely, it's just no good for me. i drink a TON of it a day, but not as much as i used to drink REGULAR mountain dew. years ago i used to drink more than 3 liters of regular mountain dew daily. i don't know how i did it. :)

I drink about a half a pot of Kona every morning. Can't really function without it.

yeah i usually drink coffee in the morning and a cup in the afternoon- and about 3 mountain dews in the afternoon:thumbsup
