5 days so far... and i have been smoking for eight years, a pack a day.
but i do not want more nicotine no more!
useless and unhealthy shit!

i would keep this updated as i fight temptation every day.

Good for you, man! Keep up the good work. I haven't smoked in years now and I used to smoke 1 to 2 packs a day since I was 15 (average asian male lol). Congrats on making the move to a healthier life.

I was a hardcore smoker for 6 years (almost 2 packs per day), and quit smoking half year ago. It was the best decision in my life.

I quit on the 12th of this month - was smoking 1.5 packs a day or therabouts.

After more than twenty years of smoking.... I quit two months ago. I buy a smoke here and there, but for the most part I have no desire to smoke any more. It's nice.
