Netbilling how does it feel to have your company......
linked to CP in the adult press and soon to be mainstream press?
CCBILL take note, shut them down now. You have thousands of clients who aren't involved in this shit and don't deserve to be associated with this shit. |
drama llama says waddup.

Interesting.......didn't hear anything about this.
You have a link to this info? |
|
All the processors, hosts, registrars have to do is show that they took action once notified... it won't make it to court for them if they.

maybe more people should start sending DMCAs to the billers, that way they will kill their crap clients to avoid prosecution. |

why is Netbilling being singled out here ? there are 2 other billing companies mentioned as well:2 cents:
"The suit also targets SickBucks.com, which operates KinkyGFS.com, and processor Jettis and its 365Billing.com unit, as well as NetBilling, calling the companies as "revenue program defendants" so that the plaintiff can seek complete injunctive relief. It also names Moniker Privacy Services and Whois Privacy Protection." |

Btw, CCBill and Epoch have asked for ID's before... but we can't expect them to keep up with everyone or every update. |

This is a croc. Someone better call out the power company for supplying the power that runs the servers quick. To insinuate that NetBilling would knowingly support this type of Bullshit is a croc of shit.

They've got 2257 info posted on the site - goes to the following: http://www.slutgfs.com/2257.html I haven't seen anything here calling out kinkygfs.com , so don't think its fair to throw netbilling under the bus. ExGf sites have a real good thing going- but if you run a content pay site you need to buy your fucking content. When you break the law you don't just bring hassle for you, you bring hassel and additional scrutiny to us all. AMAKings, maybe its time you guys take the fucking minors out of your tour. Wake up call. |

Interesting opinion

Where is the proof or written articles linking them to this ? That is only fair..correct ?

Once they are made aware of the offender, they simply have to close/freeze their account. That is the beauty of the internet, just like DMCA. Once notified, remove it, back to business. |

only a matter of time.

It's never good when these types of cases are filed in Florida, doesn't seem to go well. At least it's in Seminole county.

"The revenue program defendants are not accused of wrongdoing, nevertheless they are included as defendants in this action so that Doe may seek complete injunctive relief," They aren't accused of not complying... they just want them to stop at every point possible. A rather logical move. |
this is a really weak accusation. use common sense...Netbilling wouldn't knowingly support this type of content. Seems like you started this thread for dubious reasons in my opinion.
|
More interesting, is the fact that they are going after EX GF sites that were scraping the net on CP charges. This should be a wake up call for all those morons pushing the scraped content sites.
Knew this would happen sooner or later and it's why I sold off most of my teen network and moved on to other things. You couldn't get away from those fucking scraped exGF sites because every trade had them or traded with someone whom did. TBH though I've seen way worse than those sites and those sites appear to at least have legit content on the tours, unlike many of the others that are out there. |
I always wondered how those paysites were not shut down.
|
Netbilling is only a gateway. Every site they process for has to be approved by the merchant bank NOT Netbilling. Your blaming the wrong people.
|
How do you think it fucking feels ?
shitty thread |

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh Actually, it's ok. This one has already kinda backfired, as it should have. EDIT: Though I am in agreement about some of the "girlfriend" sites having stolen content and no 2257 docs I just don't think that blaming Netbilling was appropriate. As you said, the merchant banks are the ones that hit you with an anal probe and want to know everything about your business. They even took pictures of our office! Netbilling has nothing to do with any of that. |

I completely second that Dan |

Thanks for the support everyone. Not sure why Mutt would insinuate that we would support any of this or not take any action. We have not yet been served with anything but are surely looking into this and taking appropriate action. Everyone knows we are extremely ethical and would never be involved with this.
BTW Mutt - who are you telling CCbill to shut down? |
Mutt mutt mutt.
Maybe you should think a little before postin a twisted story here that doesntbmake much sense at all. Theres so many wrongs in what you post, where you drunk at the time you posted this? |
