I did successful transaction half hour ago, on ERSTE BANK ATM, i got myself mine ~60$ from card in local currency (4500)...

I saw my balance first, so that is working if you ask about that.

I tried to add funds at namecheap with my virtual visa card.
did not work.

more than 10k$ on my account.

i have 2.8k and not working

tried both atm and virtual

i dont have a card to actually try anything
bank wont email back

over 5k and from sweden, not working
