I wasn't going to get anything but last night decided my desk needed some decluttering so I ordered most of the following for that purpose and picked up a few extra things along the way.

Computer crap. Anyone buying anything really cool or exciting?

actually i have everything i want, i'll be saving my money for my first real vacation next year since 2001

I bought a kindle hoping I will start to read more often. I most likely won't read anymore that I already do but in case I do read more I will have the convenience of of using my new Kindle.

A bigger TV for movies and gaming and a hand gun.

Bought an oven, so we can have a Christmas party here. The neighbors know OF Christmas, but could care less about it. If there's free food & drink here though, they'll show up though. :)

Now I just have to figure out where the hell I can buy a turkey...

I bought myself a new scanner...for police calls...coast guard...ships etc.

I pretty much have everything I want. I would have treated myself to an iPad though, but have decided to wait for the next gen to be out.

Mine was pretty boring. I bought a copy of windows 7 and office 2010. I also bought a second monitor about 3 weeks ago, so that might technically count as well.

Nice laptop and another pistol (3rd this year) with all the accessories.

I spent £3000 on marine fish setup :/

I am building myself a mame arcade cabinet to run emulators. Still waiting on parts but should be cool when it is done (cool to video game nerds like me at least.) Will be able to play newer games on it too.

Haven't bought myself anything this year yet, will probably do that this weekend. Was going to get iPad but hearing rumours that next generation will be out first quarter of 2011 so I'll wait for that. My girlfriend was also planning on getting me it, thankfully I found out tho and told her to hold off.

I picked up an xbox with a few games at best buy 2 weeks ago for my basement when its finished if that counts? I'm a PS3 guy but the guys here love xbox so figured I'd grab one since it was only $250 for the 250gb with 2 games and controller.

If I buy something for me I do not try to do it specificly on Christamas, I buy it whenever I need it. At the moment I don't need anything so I did not buy anything for myself "for Christmas"

I am buying myself just under an acre of land for Christmas. My plan is to make it into al ittle mini ranch. I'll have a mini barn and a mini donkey and then there are these two babies which my husband broke to me Sunday night that he is buying me:

This is Peebie.... she's 6 months old and her name comes from the initials of my grandfather who had me on a horse before I could walk.... P.B.

And then there is Sky, she is a 10 yr old.... she is the white one here, she had a blue eye and a brown eye.

They are minis. the baby is just under 26inches and Sky is 31inches tall.

I can NOW say, after 46 years, I am a horse owner, that is so cool. :)

I would love to buy myself an ipad! Now that you mentioned it I am on the hunt. Lol
