I've just noticed that my site http://www.femdomdestiny.com don't show on google anymore for term FEMDOM. Suddenly, and it was always on second of first page. I didn't change anything, so is this temporary or can I somehow check why this happened?

thank you

It's going to take you one hell of a lot of work to get that one back, best I could suggest is write a short paragraph describing each page you are linking to, for all those links down the page. At the moment Google will see that as pure link farm and that's what has been hit big time.

femdomdestiny 04-13-2011 05:12 AM

fdg

You mean for all those links to sponsor galleries? that would be incredibly big for a page.
Maybe is solution to host all those galleries on my site, and not link them to sponsor sites?

czarina 04-13-2011 05:15 AM

sorry to hear. It has happened to several people lately

Yes that would help but the page itself probably needs to have some original content on it, not just links to other pages. I say probably, I don't think anyone knows quite what Google have done, apart from fill all the top spots with tube sites now.

Czarina: Have they recovered?
Isn't strange that TGP'a are gaining better positions?

And how is fucking possible that page like that is second google page : http://www.indiafemdom.com/

Chezter 04-13-2011 05:20 AM

Yeah it just happens, I had one solo girl blog I've spend lot of time working onm and one day it was just gone from amazing position to somewhere really crazy low, like ten pages down from small blogs I have created just to pull the main blog up...

pornguy 04-13-2011 05:23 AM

Yes it will recover if you continue to do the same things you were doing.. we it SHOULD recover.

DWB 04-13-2011 05:31 AM

Fuck google in their big fat fucking face.

I had a #1 listing, now it's on page fucking 6!!!!

Almost alll of my sites were shit on big time.

bns666 04-13-2011 05:35 AM

site which i sold like a week or two ago went totally up since the last update...

This is bad advice. If you've been hit by this update, carrying on doing the same things as you were doing would be like the band carrying on playing on the deck of the Titanic.

dazzling 04-13-2011 07:14 AM

Dont rush any changes as that will only makes things worse, change slowly.

Its strange, my best website which was top quality got slaughtered, yet a bunch of my other spammy websites all improved. Google really messed up bad on Panda.

Having the word femdom twice is a red flag for google now, that will hurt you. And no more then twice in the description.

Emil 04-13-2011 07:18 AM

Google sometimes manually changes the titles of sites in their searchengines! It happened to me. My site was #1, it's now #23443 or something like that.

Try dealing with this on a daily basis! Makes me go nuts.

Klen 04-13-2011 07:35 AM

Try to reduce number of content on main page, could be google seeing you as content farm.I also had drop on most of my sites, and i do have hosted galleries.

Cyndalie 04-13-2011 07:37 AM

Did you recently make any changes? I don't see a cached version of your index page indexed. This happened to me the other week and then it popped back up. Make sure your site is verified in google webmaster tools and it helps to submit a sitemap and tie the account with your analytics so google has a clear picture of ownership. Give it 2 weeks, don't make any changes optimization wise just yet. If you've been link farming/backlinking give it a rest. If you do change anything try adding content that isn't a hyperlink or reduce your density. This panda updates been a bitch.

femdomdestiny 04-13-2011 07:39 AM

huh

Problem is that I see sites with same or similar concept still maintaining or gaining position. And from user perspective, they don't offer nothing even close.

18teens 04-13-2011 07:47 AM

Don't feel bad. I had several sites go into the shitter on this last update.

femdomdestiny 04-13-2011 07:51 AM

thanks

Thanks Cyndalie.
I've just reduced (few min ago)page size with moving some links to archive pages. I have webmaster tools, and site is verified long ago with sitemap. Basically, I wasn't changing anything so it is strange why site suddenly is deleted from SERPs

dazzling 04-13-2011 07:53 AM

Did you experience a drop in traffic on the first Panda update in the United States? That will at least show if it being caused by Panda or maybe something else.

clicker 04-13-2011 08:00 AM

Jesus H all over the place now.

femdomdestiny 04-13-2011 08:07 AM

Fat Panda 04-13-2011 09:00 AM

2intense 04-13-2011 09:01 AM

This whole Panda update has no rhyme or reason to it....would love to hear your take on this. I have sites that are structured similiar, some went up a little, but the ones that went down got hammered. By similiar, I mean the old adage. "If it works, rinse, lather and repeat" with a different niche.

very inconsistent update. Some of the horror stories on the G Forum are a sad testament to this move. If i was a conspiracy theorist.....

Agent 488 04-13-2011 09:08 AM

no one knows what happens. look at the complaints at google webmaster board. every type of site under the sun got raped.

"quality" sites just got fucked as bad as some crap mfa site.

lessons: don't rely on one site, don't rely on google, try a bunch iof different seo and traffic approaches.

atom 04-13-2011 09:09 AM

I had several pages drop or now dont appear in the top 500 today. I am still top 10 for several keywords on the same site so I'm not sure wtf happened. fucking google...

Instead of attacking you I'm just going to ask you to back up how you know this is actually the problem. What evidence do you have for it?

jgabra62 04-13-2011 09:22 AM

Stupid fucking Panda!

Nicky 04-13-2011 09:23 AM

The down of having few sites that rely on Google, my Google traffic is actually up this week.

CaptainHowdy 04-13-2011 09:24 AM

This update doesn't have to do with links rather on-site quality.
