Placing ads on your site is a good way to smooth out the rough times with some reliable income, might not be much but better than nothing.

i tried juicy ads , but as i m using free tube script , i dont have much control over the ads positioning , so when i tried then, i was making $1 / day., so i dropped them...

SE traffic IS BEST, depending on what keyword you are going after.

For instance, if you have a keyword for FREE CARS, and when people get there - well, there is no FREE CARS but in fact an ad to SELL CARS for money... what do you think your conversion ratio would be like? Think people would even click around?

They went for FREE PORN. They got it. Why pay for it? I wouldn't.

Target something like QUALITY PORN, or CHEAP PORNSITE MEMBERSHIPS... you get the jist.

If you can nail those, I bet your conversion ratios will drastically rise.

My sales are up a bit from last month.

Compared to last year... Yikes.

Think of it less of annoying a surfer and more about the extra potential to make a sale. These tools haven't been designed for the fun of it, they are there because they work, however like any tool it has to be applied in the right context. What works for one site wont work on another.

Alot of this game is about trial and error until you start finding methods that work for you. However don't be too concerned about annoying surfers on a tube like site, be more concerned about doing what you need to do to get them to buy.

Have a chat to Glenn from PR about improving sales with them, it might be that you could be promoting some sites within their portfolio more than others depending upon the niches you are targeting.

I have a few ideas that might work for you, let me know if you want any help.

If you're only sending 500 hits a day to a sponser then a sale a day is about the best you can expect these days, unfortunately. Most sponsers require upwards of 1000 uniques to make a sale. I've got some cool videos for your tube you can use, for this site:

I would also say in general that 24 hours is not long enough for a real test. Because there are ISP caches and such out there and people may not see your changes at all if it's there and gone so fast. When you buy PPC ads and stop the ad for example, the clicks dont instantly stop, they trail off over a few days. Give any changes a few days for a more fair test.

Someone searching for 'free porn' does not want to pay for it. So you better be a better salesman or sell em something they do want to pay for.
