I quit smoking cigarettes
 

After smoking almost 2 packs a day for the passed 17 years I stopped few months ago, Cold Turkey.

Congrats!! Its a horrible expensive habit!

2 Packs a day in this country is a $252 USD per week habit.

i stopped Monday after the 3th try this year...!! (every time i travel and drink.. i cant resit to some malboro.. but now its fucking OVER)

this was for the 3 yo anniversary of my daughter !!! fuck that cancer!

2 months for me now. I also quit cold turkey after we found out my GF is pregnant. Dont want to be a smoking dad.

It's good to hear someone can do it. Every september around my birthday I try and quit and have yet to succeed. Let's see how it goes next month.

chantix here in the states, champix everywhere else it seems... I've had a few friends quit using this... just watch out for the depression and suicide.

Cold turkey has a higher success rate than any other method.

Just a FYI. You all CAN DO IT.

Quit one time before for about 2 years and then it hit me again. Addictions suck monkey balls.

Cold turkey is the way to go, just tell yourself "I don't smoke cigarettes any more". Simple and effective.
