Regardless of where the content is located, he's publishing it. The difference between this and what The Pirate Bay are doing is that the latter only publish links to content, which people share from their home computers. Embedding is publishing the actual content for public view.

Would love to hear someone with a law degree opine on this. I know we have a few lawyers frequenting GFY, would love to hear from them.
