Obama didn't crash the economy - he also hasn't had much success in its recovery. And most likely a Republican president wouldn't have fared better. The system is broken, been broken before and there are no quick fixes when the economy fails this big. This was/is far more than a recession.

the system is broken no matter who is in office. The only difference between BO and Mitt is the gay issue, and a few others.

Mitt would've grown the military industrial complex by funding it further, kept taxes on the rich at 35% and continue to spend. His 12 million jobs promise was based on 8-10 years in the future.

The government will continue to spend spend spend, the trickery in all of it is that they call it reduction but in reality it's more like gov't spending at current levels over the next 10 or so years

And let's not forget that the Fed won't let Mitt or anyone else dictate what they'll do so that point is moot. And it's the Fed who does a lot of things about/to the economy

i'm not a Romney supporter, not really an Obama supporter either - i thought Romney was going to win, and none of these pundits on CNN have mentioned it but I think Hurricane Sandy derailed Romney's momentum.

Not with voters in those states. May have lost momentum when people thought about how the last Republican handled a disastrous storm.
