The Minister of Funds in Motion says there is nothing to worry about ...

He is willing to meet you at the UPS Store in Pointe Claire, Quebec, to further discuss this matter, and if you have a small penis, he has you covered as well. :thumbsup

lucas131 11-12-2012 02:22 AM

i am sorry, but before the cards expired, there was two threads on gfy, and in one i stated that you must get your money out before the expiration, otherwise your money are frozen, and, i am sorry, but lost ... i have been asking this twice by support ticket and got info that those money are lost, and i have posted this on gfy, so maybe no worry means no money for you now ... :Oh crap ... have luck anyway ...

DWB 11-12-2012 02:44 AM

Dirty F 11-12-2012 02:48 AM

It's ridiculous how much complaints there are about Paxum.
I have an account there but i prefer to use it as little as possible because 1 wrong move and they block your shit instantly.

lucas131 11-12-2012 02:59 AM

yeah only complaints from paxum ... that refund and card blocked is strange, but this one, come on, why you people didnt asked what will be with your money after card expiration, as i did? :upsidedow

lucas131 11-12-2012 03:03 AM

btw hope you all will have luck with your money people :thumbsup

Having access to your money shouldn't have anything to do with luck.

Yes i think i read it but kind a forgot about it since i was busy.Still that could be easily solved by automated moving funds to wallet,or they could even send a mail warning about that a day/two before, but no it seems they dont give a shit.

A paxum kind a remind me to microsoft windows -you hate it,you know linux would work much better then windows, but you are still forced to use windows because apps you need works only on windows.(and in this case sponsors which you use support only paxum)

seeandsee 11-12-2012 04:38 AM

I have it asked and got reply , and support replied that they will transfer back to wallet in "shortest possible time" whatever that means...

So money is not lost, but time frame to get it back is unknown by support, they just know it will be "shortest possible time" :) 8 days and still nothing, it's small sum so i don't care too much about it, but i don't like when somebody don't have time frame for getting my back into flow again, i am worried then...

TheSquealer 11-12-2012 05:53 AM

Crazy that people in this biz just can't get their shit together unless its to rob and steal. Suddenly, they become real efficient then.

Why is it so hard to comprehend that you can't fuck with peoples money.. ever. Not under any circumstances?

Why is it so fucking hard to comprehend that customer service is important? If you have a ticket system, use the fucking thing. I would fire everyone if i had a business that had customers/clients running to public forums to be helped because they had questions about access to their own fucking money.

Unreal how inept people are in this biz.

wehateporn 11-12-2012 05:55 AM

Paxum have just been bought by Epass

Guys ,
This is not something that we control. We are in constant communication with choice bank regarding this issue and having funds moved back. It generally takes a few days but it seems like in same cases it is take a bit longer.

If you are having this issue and YOu have not spoken to me yet already please email me your account id [email protected]

Thanks

k0nr4d 11-12-2012 09:47 AM

I just managed to transfer funds from my expired card account ot the chequing account without any problems...

sebaland3 11-13-2012 07:19 PM

Not responding to customer support tickets is something you control 100%

Why have ticket system and then force people to come to the boards... then tell people on the boards to contact you by email?

There is no excuse for poor customer service,... ever. It's not a joke, its people's money.

brassmonkey 11-13-2012 07:25 PM

lol @ hold your id and take a pic fuck that shit

I do not handle tickets - when I ask to be contacted regarding your issue it is for me to contact support on your behalf and see if there is anything I can do to speed things up.

HomerSimpson 11-14-2012 05:11 AM

I have $2,56 frozen on expired card LOL

Agreed. Soon they will ask you to put your fingers on the scanner and make sure to have 5.3grams of baby powder on top of the scanner so that your fingerprints will clearly be seen.

Move it off the boards at all costs.
People might start publicly comparing notes.

Paxum rules!

Dating Port 12-08-2012 02:36 PM

Unfortunately a lot of programs jumped on Paxum right after epass and use it as their only form of payment. I've been using Paxum since they started but now I'm going to have issues because I lost wallet and now live in another state and jumping through all kinds of hoops just to get my ID fixed. In the mean time, Paxum sent me an email saying I have to update my ID. Well it's not that easy since I'm already scrambling to fix it on my end. So now I have to freeze sponsor payments so it doesn't get all f**ked up on Paxum's end.

I don't have this problem with Payoneer, Alertpay, Paypal, Netspend, or other processors, just Paxum. (Netspend isn't a processor but US people can do card to card transfers for free and instantly).

On top of that, Payoneer uses Choice bank without problems so the issue is definitely Paxum's.
