So I read everything I could find, studied what I could, asked what I could and then said fuck it and opened a webcam studio here in mexico city. We went live last thursday with a couple girls. I have a nice space with a little over 1000 square feet (300+ m2) Only have 4 booths right now but room for growth to 20. Gonna start small and build as i learn what I couldn't learnonline and on the phone without actually having the studio live. Open to anything ya got (spam me). Even doubters and haters. Right now I have the girls on MFC and maybe another week or 2 gonna start running splitcam and see how that goes. Lets see what i learn this year and if i am still smiling next year, or next quarter haha.

1. Make sure you install key logger software to monitor the chats,
you will constantly be surprised by the methods people use to cheat you.

2. If they have clients sending them "gifts" you might as well get a %.

3. Keep them in line. Have penalties in place for being late or no shows.

I am a studio boss and the best advice I can give you is that nothing will go as you expect and the biggest problem you will have is: discipline

If you can enforce discipline, without being a slave master, you will do good in this business.

Do not overestimate the intelligence of the girls that will be working for you. Do not overestimate their work ethic and their willingness to change their miserable lives.

Learn how to enforce discipline the rest is a breeze....

MFC can not be effectively split cammed with any other site. Maybe chaturbate but that is really a piece of shit waste of time website. There is nothing you can split MFC with. Privates on MFC empty out the rooms and it can be a 20 token private.

Work MFC alone. Split with other sites that are private based. Avoid token sites if you are a studio boss.

MFC seems like a bad place for inexperienced girls and to have a studio, i'd start with streamate. Going to open a studio here soon, hopefully end of this month with lots of girls.

If you have gorgeous Mexican girls that can speak good/fluent American English---you can do real well.

Well, Mexico is not a popular place for cam studios (unlike for example Colombia), so it could be the girls there not yet learned how to scam and let fail the studio bosses in many ways. If you open a cam studio where there are many others (Medellin, Bacau, Manila etc.), most girls you find for hire got previous experience in studios they contributed to let fail: these girls know how to ask western unions to customers and make secret agreements with all the other (previously innocent) girls how to fool studio boss and sites. Further, in those cities with many studios, the girls tend to change studios, for example go to studio2 after stole the equipment and cash from studio1, then do the same in studio2 and then go to studio3, making the bosses life complicated. If you hire girls with no previous smart scam experience in a city with no studios they can move safely after scammed and stole all from you, then that may be good. I remember a philippines studio where a girl even stole a refrigerator from the studio (her bf came with a truck to pick it, along with smaller stuff) - in Lugansk a studio boss made the error to leave 2 girls alone in a night shift, in the morning the next shift girls found no any furniture (they took also beds, sofa - not just cam and pc's). I don't know if in Mexico cam studio is legal and if you intend to pay taxes: girls are the main source for being busted by anti sexslavery police or tax officials - in Kiev for example there's "police girls", it is girls of studios that was busted, the girls made agreement with police to being hired in every studio for then tell police where studio is, in exchange of not being jailed - so you have so many girls want to work, just some will bring police, it is always quite difficult to pick them.

It is just I run cam sites from many years (registered thousands), and when a model or whole studio vanishes, at times they tell me why, so I learn stories. Really anyone knowing the stories would not even start opening a studio, I think. But there's bad stories about running bread shops too, after all.

yeah, i think i learned that this week about MFC, making some money but the per minute returns are not meeting my needs.

The dream was about the big stack of cash that was posted..I have no unrealistic beliefs on how easy or hard the business will be, and the models will always be the most dificult part but i have what i believe is a solid policy and a really good recruitment team and system, appears for now that if I have a problem with a model she will be easily replaced

There are not many studios in mexico, I have found 2 legal ones but they are shitty and pay low hourly (mostly just there so the bosses can fuck models) I am paying by percentage. I have a fixed percentage but am looking at a sliding percentage based on revenue generated. Studios are legal in mexico, I am registered ,paying taxes, etc. I have good security, I am in a small complex of buildings with gafetes required to enter. equipment is verified before and after each shift and before a model can leave. Even though I am running legal, I am in mexico and I am a realist ( I have a bribe fund haha)

wow, I would never do that..I have booths made of curtains to give a more open feeling. (got the idea and concept for peachpalace in las vegas) I am not even using a contract with a required length of employment, which in mexico you can, and sue employees that break the contract. But as an american in mexico I guess my cultural beliefs regarding business don´t always match up but It seems to work in my other businesses so time will tell if it works in this one.

There are tons of bad stories, I did months of research before I opened. I know that its gonna be shit at times but I think that in the economy here and with my business model and knowledge that I can see a nice return. Time will tell, and the start up costs weren't very much. I am at like 10 grand for equipment and remodel, with an overhead of just under 2 grand. I can walk away from it and it wouldnt put me on the street. I am giving it 3 months to be profitable. Hoping to see a profit in less, ofcourse
