EUR Merchant 62xxxxxxx = 171.51 eu + 5.49 eu = 177 eur

As you are already inside the Schengen area you could in theory just drive to Halmstad and kick some asses. But instead I would advice you to report them to the police in Sweden. You are both EU citizens.

The real class action lawsuits in this industry are huge and Manwin visa and mastercharge would be the defendants...that isnt happening.

You can bet everything you have that nobody in this biz would enjoin the class...all of that said I think you need to educate yourself on a class action, how it works and what the purpose is. Zombaio doesnt really qualify I dont think...ya they owe you and a lot of people money and ya that sucks

Theres a reason I have stuck with CCBill and that is because they have a track record and they pay on time everytime....Yes they are exorbitantly high, yes they rob even long time customers with their 5% holdback (interest free) and yes they are 50 years behind in terms of direct deposit

BUT they pay and if theres a problem the support is TOP NOTCH

and there is a LOT to be said for that security

Before you waste your time and money on a lawsuit, want to look at the history of third-party processors that have gone nelly up with webmaster money over the years and see what the success rate was suing them. Let us know what you find out.
