I need verified US Paypal account .

[actually i have paypal account but problem is :-
In order to be compliant with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) requirements, PayPal customers in India will not be able to keep money in their PayPal account balance. In addition we are making changes to the website to automatically transfer all funds from the user's PayPal balance to their bank account. This change ensures that we continue to stay compliant with the latest RBI guidelines. ]

I'll go to the bank tomorrow with all of my identification documents, open a new bank account in my name, so that i can use that account to open a paypal account,... then i'll happily trust you to not break the law and not get me into trouble or dodge taxes in your country or any other or use the account for any illegal activity.
