The very first year of Palm Beach Lakes High.. And my last. Spent most of my time driving around town at 14. All of the cops hung out at my dads bar so I didn't have to worry about getting busted which was nice.

Went on a family trip to disneyland. I just remember it being hot and crowded lol

Off to college in 1988. I did see GNR at the very end of 1987 at Perkin's Palace in Pasadena. Never saw them as good again. One time a year or so later (when Axl started showing up late, cancelling over health issues), Slash sang the entire set. It was a short set and they were opening for Iron Maiden.

Cool. I wasn't working though. It was Butlins at Minehead though and they had just introduced the static owned caravan / trailer park at the very back by the old cable car station.

I had a 5 bedroom brand new van on a static plot for about a year and a half. In 88 I lived there full time :)

No it was a few years later but I probably took the cable car over your static.
