Paxum huge delay sending mastercard renew
 

Anyone else in same situation?

I have been for more than 2 months waiting for my card and I have not recieved it yet.

Paxum sent 1st mastercard on 26th April and on 31th May I had not recieved it. So I informed and they canceled that card and they requested a new one on 2th June.

But its now 1th July and I have not recieved it! total delay of 2 months! Status says yet "printing card", one month for printing? This situation is unaceptable.

I have just skyped RuthB from Paxum, I hope she does something.

RuthB has replied me that will investigate this. Not solution yet.

I'm a thirdworlder and I got mine in one month. Weird.

Paxum + RuthB remind of of ePassporte + Michael O: the ticket monkeys never go 'off script', so anything mildly complex can only be moved forward by getting a rep involved. And boy does that rep cop a lot of hate for what their company does.

I had my docs rejected 3 times by faceless Paxum employees before RuthB got involved, a few days later my account was magically approved without having to submit any further documentation...

I got mine in the US pretty fast. But, unlike Payo, you can withdraw to a Bank account within a few days. Worldwide. So you really don't need a card everyday.

The new Paxum mobile App is pretty great, too! Automatically work with the major currencies.

I always get mine quickly maybe you should get the Express shipment with tracking, it would solve your issue...

I already told them to send me using Express shipment. Problem is that they are unable to create the card :mad:

I live in Canada got paxum account for over 2 years or so and since they stop sending cheque the only way i have been able to cashout the $$$$ is by WIRED
$50 wire fee from paxum + a nice $15 welcome fee from your bank total around $65 = ( 3 days in your bank ) suprisingly :thumbsup .

EFT to USA banks is $5. Perhaps someone else has done a USD or GBP or EUR, ACH SEPA IBAN transfer to a Canadian Bank converted to AD.

Prepare for a long wait. It can take months.

WTF? Months?? Is it a joke? Is there any general issue with printing new cards? Mine expires next year and always received it in time but I'd be pretty pissed if it was delayed even for a few days :pimp

Why dont you withdraw via EFT? Fees are much cheaper, only $8.95 :winkwink:

Ruth says it's a issue of bank delaying printing cards. I am not satisfied with that reply, I already know that!
I have a direct business relationship with Paxum. I do not care what problems they have with the bank, Paxum must resolve that, and looks like Paxum is not doing enough to press the bank.
Even, Paxum refuses to compensate me for this long mistreatment, and want to charge me $95 usd for express shipping when they recieve card in year 2023.

I thought 6 weeks is a lot, but 78 days, wow... Hope you receive it soon.

Your first card request was printed and shipped, but unfortunately it never reached you, so it was declared lost and a new card was sent for processing.

Your new card began printing on 26th June 2017.

Unfortunately this second card is stuck in a batch delayed at the bank level. We hope to receive it early next week, at which point it will be shipped to you with express shipping, as you agreed to that in a support ticket.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but sadly we do not have control over the bank itself, and there is no real way to speed up the card printing process if the bank encounters an issue or delay. As soon as we receive your card it will be shipped via Express shipping and you should have it within a week from the shipped date.

i think all is on postoffice, i always get them in 2 weeks

Pay for "expedited delivery" by courier service.

Regular post is intercepting your card cause it's illegal to mail post cards.
