I don't know what the kids did to get him that mad but if anyone ever grabbed my kid like that he'd be getting his ass kicked the next time he stopped at my house .... if a kid is a problem the driver can have him removed from the bus .... that guy needs his ass handed to him .. :mad:

I seen that last night and what was more disgusting than him laying the smack down on the kids is, he only got hit with a misdemenor (sp) and the two kids got some serious charges. Very disturbing!

It looks like those kids made big sport out of fucking with the guy on what I'm sure was a daily basis. The guy finally snapped. Punching the little fucker out was just his way of saying "I quit!"

I think before the clip begins the driver was punched in the stomach twice.

I just watched that tape a few times, and I'm even more sympathetic to the driver. What he did was wrong, but those kids were little fucking devils, and provoked him all the way through. And we watched like 20 seconds. Imagine if that shit was going on for an hour or so before that tape.

No doubt the driver has to lose his job, but I feel for the guy. Raised with respect but given none for a shitty job driving little devils around.

Its the parent that is crazy for doing such a half assed job of raising those bastards.

This happened local to me so saw alot more of it on the news. The kids verbally provoked him but he got physical first. Which was wrong. Sure the kids were shits but you are an adult you should be able to control yourself. Thats a job I couldnt do tho cuase id probably snap the same lol. Anyways yea hes getting a misdemeanor charge and the kids get felony charges...

I didn't see him Squaring up till after the guy hit him .. If the kid was a problem ... he should have had him removed from the bus ..then his father would see the tape of his kid being a punk and whip his ass ... it's not the bus drivers place ... If my son mouths off like that i will hand him his ass myself..

Benc is right. The kid didnt have anything in that, he purposly antagonized the whole thing, standing up running his mouth while the busdriver was talkin to a kid back behind him. Then he really fucked up when he stood up and called the bus driver a mother fucker. Tell ya what I would do, if that was my kid, i would whip his ass with a belt to where he couldnt sit down for a week, then I would beat the shit out of the bus driver for grabbing him like that.

I would have beaten that kid into next week. He's lucky he only got thrown around by the neck.

I've got to admit that kid has balls for the comments in the last 5 secs of the tape. He sees the bus driving snap and start hitting kids, yet he's still making smart comments towards the bus driver.

The bus driver definately has some tention there though. But if you gotta deal with these kids each day and they act like that, it will be a hassle to keep calm.

The guy showed no self control and only made the situation worse..

He had already called the cops , he should have locked the bus and stepped outside. The kid would be suspended from the bus and most likely get a good belt whipping from his father ( because now the kid has to have rides to school everyday )..

Hindsight is 20/20 though..

I remember throwing a snowball at a bus when i was a kid and the driver stopped , got out and punched me in the face several times infront of all the kids. ( i had been sick that day and was waiting for my friends at the bus stop ) they didnt have cameras back then though

Yep, those are the little animals teachers and bus drivers have to put up with. No respect or an ounce of courtesy for authority. Far from "innocent" kids.

Getting smacked is probably the best thing that could have happened to that kid. Respect for others typically only comes after you get your ass beat a couple of times for being an asshole and that kid really, really needs an ass beating. For his own good.

It's not in his job description to hit anyone. Regardless if the kids were out of control there were other measures that he could have taken. He didn't even have to get up from his seat, he could have radio'd the police etc. Granted, what the kids did was wrong, however, the driver had no right to raise his hand to anyone let alone land.

By their parents and the authorities and perhaps by their own peers that they decide to call Mutherfuckers. Him smacking those children is only going to result in perhaps a civil suit by the parents and that will then overshadow the kids role in all of this. IMO.
