Question to GFY vegans

When you cum in the mouth of a vegan and vegan swallows,
does vegan complain afterwards that his/her diet has been compromised?

camgirlshide 01-24-2008 04:40 PM

along the same lines, how many points is cum if one is on weight watchers?

After Shock Media 01-24-2008 04:40 PM

Vegans, homo's, and women are allowed to be cannibals.

D 01-24-2008 04:41 PM

I guess true vegans don't swallow.

well since its not the "flesh" of an animal, i see no problem in dumping your pudding in a vegans mouth.

Meat protein however, is. (if you're vegan)

Then you won't mind a little creamy Canadian on your next salad? :D

Cherry, Fletch, thanks!

and your answer leads to another question.

As we all know, the side effect of being vegan is vitamin B12 deficiancy, as Vitamin B12 comes in meat.

Question:
is cum a good substitute for Vitamin B12 source?

Fletch XXX 01-24-2008 07:25 PM

Serge, i cant believe someone like you has such naive questions about vegetarian lifestyle.

I get 100% of my vitamin B daily

You can get 50% of it just by drining one glass (serving) of Vanilla soy milk, which i drink multiple glassses a day.

http://www.silksoymilk.com/Products/...rigerated.aspx

Anyone who thinks you ned to consume meat to get Vitamin B, really is in the stone ages when it comes to modern health and nutrition.

Fletch XXX 01-24-2008 07:29 PM

Even Red Bull has triple times your daily need of Vitamin B and B 12

Redbull: Serving Size: 1 can; Amount per serving: Calories: 160; Total Fat: 0g; Sodium: 290mg; Protein: less than 1g; Total Carbohydrates: 40g; Sugars: 39g; Niacin: 140%; Vitamin B6: 360%; Vitamin B12: 120%; Pantothenic acid: 70%

Although I do not drink Red Bull any longer, you can easily see how the age-old "vegetarians lack vitamin B" is really just propaganda put out by meat industry.

NoComments 01-24-2008 07:29 PM

Fletch,
you getting Vitamin B, not Vitamin B12 in soy milk, and even when you do, it's vitamin B12 FORTIFIED, it is not natural.

Also,
I am not a vegan, but...
more and more I eat RAW food. We grow our own sprouts,
so....
you and Cherry are not the only food nuts around here
;)

Also...we still drink a bottle of wine every day,
cheers, Fletch.

NoComments 01-24-2008 07:30 PM

same FORTIFIED applies to Red Bull.

well, theres where you have me beat. I no longer kill myself with drugs and alcohol everyday the way i used to :)

I started really taking care of myself after my grandmother died over two years ago, then I just buried my grandfather after last Thanksgiving, so I am even more and more into what I eat and how my body works.

I want to live, not die anymore.

I went on a raw food diet for several months to lose weight. It had some pretty amazing side effects I wasn't expecting.

It is a very difficult lifestyle to adjust to however.

Fletch, we quit smoking 11 months ago and after turning 50, healthier lifestyle is strong on our minds.

Wine IS part of the healthy lifestyle,
alcohol is minimal and health effects outweigh the disadvantages.

I have to turn you into a fine wines drinker.

Ive been eating lots of raw food over the past 6 months.

I eat an apple, an orange, and a kiwi for breakfast - mushrooms and broccoli too!

Ive never felt or looked as good as I do right now. I am glad I started taking care of myself at least before I hit 30. Now at 31, i can see and feel a difference.

Even my mind seems different.

Not true. He lives the life he has chosen to live and aparently he enjoys it. He had meat before, he can compare.

Those who ONLY have meat and never had vegan/vegetterian expereinces are the ones who are missing in life.

As I have never had the pleasure of meeting him I would say that is a safe bet.

I once knew a couple that ate the afterbirth of their two children. If I had never met them I might not believe it, but since I had, it was definitely believable.

What were the side effects? Increased libido?

You are one of the people I actually would enjoy meeting, one day, I assure you, we will hang, i was in real bad shape (not weight wise, ive never weighed more than 160) when i lived in LA... I wasnt in the right mind to ever meet anyone. hell i couldnt go a few hours without drinking.

But Cherry and I more and more, want to hit a convention and meet up with some of you guys.

I needed to get the fuck out of LA for awhile, i was too wrapped up in that shit.

The primary one was it eliminated my acid reflux that I had been suffering thru for a few years. I always kept a bottle of TUMS or Rolaids on my nightstand just to get to sleep. I was amazed that after a few months I realized that it did not bother me any more.

Libido has never been an issue, I guess because I don't drink that much . . . or just lucky. My problem is (relatively) young girlfriends. You know, the ones that hit their sexual peak at 30. Thank heaven for toys.

I saw myself die everyday for 10 years. Its time to live. And when I die, I knew I had the courage to take control of my life, and stood in the face of my addiction and beat it down. I won in life.

Its like payback, outliving as many people as possible. Nobody wants to die. Well, most anyhow. :upsidedow

I was at a small industry party last year where I was introduced to a guy that went by the name of Fletch. It did not take long to figure out he wasn't you, but there was a glimmer of hope there for about 10 seconds.

NOLO is probably my least favorite city in all of the US, so unless I decide to ride to Daytona again you will probably haver to venture to a show.

If there is only one you are going to attend, I would recommend Phoenix Forum. It isn't that far from you.

Interesting! Sue read somewhere that the raw food is easier to digest and therefore it never gives acid associated with cooked and protein diets!

My libido went up, but it could be side effect of quitting smoking.

cherrylula 01-24-2008 07:54 PM

We actually stopped eating meat because of all the crap they are shooting up the animals with. The hormones and things are really bad for you. I have terrible cancer history in my family so not ingesting those things is really important to me. I also have about 200% more energy than I used to eating meat. Your body really does use a lot of energy just digesting meat and flesh.

I used to think vegetarians were lame too. But its pretty amazing.

The only thing is you have to eat all the time. I cook a lot. And I've taken everything my french grandmother taught me and translated it to vegetarian cooking. Lots of garlic and onion.

We moved to the south and couldn't fit in less though, I tell ya. Its tough without Trader Joes.

Yeah, that's what I mean - a show.

Cherry and I have been toying with the idea of going for the past few years.

Either Vegas or something, thanks for recommending Phoenix.
