With how the business model is constantly changing 1.5x annual net is a gift to a lot of the sites and programs out there. Aside from the most top shelf of programs, most of you don't realize that most things sell for 6-12 months earnings.

Conventional business owners don't sell the business based on net, premiums are paid based on gross. Asking price depending on industry is gross x premium (2 times, 3 times, 4 times...)
