Incompetent Design Companies Must Die!!!
 

I have spent the better part of 3 week now dealing with many of the ‘Design Companies’ we have on this board. The first ‘company’ turned out to be some guy living in his mom’s basement that was even unable to ‘outsource’ the job. The second ‘company’ I paid been working on a 2-4 hour flash job for what they say is 14 hours now. Yet the simple flash vidos in the graphics is full of distortions even though it is really of Small size in perimeters.

What am I to do now? I could have learned Flash My fucking self by now and be able to avoid dealing with what seems is a lot of Lazy Incompetent worthless mother fuckers in the first place. I mean really I know these people are notorious for their inability to Read, but this was a True “Monkey see Money do Job” no creativity really at all, just a bigger copy of what another guy had done. (that other guy being the last guy I paid 3 years ago)

Ya we really get the Shit end of the stick. Not sure why too, Porn in general want and create some of the most graphically intense sites of all. Yet a majority of adult design company’s are not companies at all, they are guys outsourcing work to people that can not read or understand the project you tried so hard to get across the “outsourcer”.

U know what really gets me is if the Only real jobs these “outsourcers” have is quality control and getting you project across to the people that Really do it. Yet they do not even really attempt to do either for the most part.

I may have a crazy way of posting but at least I get shit done.
Thats if I work at all and a qualified client comes along...

I am going to give this guy one more day and see, then try to get my money back. Might really need someone in a few hours. I am not sure this guy can do anything.

Hey flash is not that Hard right? I can do PhotoShop and edit in Flash, just not sure about graphical layering in flash and motion. If I could figure these things out, I could do what I normally do (Do it MySelf)

You shouldn't support anyone that supports outsourcing especially outside of your own country. Can't stand idiots giving jobs to people outside of their own country when people in their own country are desperate for work.

Designers are a difficult group.. forget the liars working out of their mom's kitchen...

even dealing with talented experienced designers are difficult especially the good ones.. Prima Donna Ego is a problem with designers..

As a designer I find a lot of people hiring designers are not clear about what they want or don't go through the proper process to hire the right designer..

I've had people tell me how much they hate designers because they are lazy, not on-time, dissappear when the deadline pops up, etc...

and then i notice the exact same qualities in THAT person..

Also none of you porno guys want to pay for anything.. and you always want yer stuff yesterday.. but don't have the content or copy for us to work with until tomorrow..

Designers get the shit end of the stick in every industry.. especially on the web..

Well Porn revenues are going down over all I believe, so I think we are just in the same boat in many ways. But this job is Really simple, no guessing I have Working example just not in the right resolution , and just ask for the same vids placed in the same places as before (to make it easy)

All they had to do was cut like 20 second or something off the vids I gave them, but what they did was degrade the images of the flash vid so bad its worthless, and to cover this up they did the same thing to ALL the graphics on the page.

I want to Kick them in the ASS!!!!!!!

If I have to get my money back I can give you guys 130$ for this job. You can look at it first, should not take all that long as will not take too much thought as all paths and video editing have working examples. 2 Clip to cut/editi into flash that are only like 25 seconds long to start with too

Its really not that big of a job, I just need to get it done is all, I made the updated tour myself but can not add the flash is all :(

Very good and organized company. They also stay current with the latest technology and trends.

I did try a few bigger guys, but they only want to do Whole tours will not do the update, or said they do not have time right now.

I know he could not even make Small Flash vids look ok, it was sooooo bad. He should have not taken the job, but seems only wanted to rip me off. What Flash Job takes 14 hours? If it takes you 14 hours to do it them, U should not be working with Flash.

I expect a person that takes a job to do it properly not say NP, then do a unacceptable job and refuses to refund the money. Give me my money back!!!! U can NOT do this job, I need a more reputable company.

All i did was lose 100$ to somone that did about 15min of work, if you say you worked on it more than that, it should show why you should not have taken the job to start with.

NO reason to do a job like this other than the fact U can not do it, ask anyone that can do flash.

Yes, ask anyone who does flash how long it takes to do four animations and how much they will charge... Also ask them if the four animations you received including the .fla files are worth the hundred you spent!

My guys can do this job perfect if you are willing to pay for it, but you told me you are broke and can only afford to pay $100, we gave you what you paid for!

I can not use anything, I have to pay another person to totally redo this job. What files do you think I want, or that I can use for anything other than a example of what I do not want.

If you want the Job ICQ me :) its only 2-3 hours of work if done by the right person anyway. I do not care anymore, I just need my job done right and fast.
