she starts like 9000 posts a day. the site looks like crap. my 5 year old cousin could make that site. they don't top sponsor. she's like jane b but worse. if it was a dude posting all this shit, all of you guys sucking her teets would be bashing him all over the place. what does this site and her accomplish besides devaluing xbiz's name? where did she come from? what do they do? besides talk a lot i mean?

I agree. It is annoying that her site is from like 1998 with no purpose. She posts all day long about not much of anything. I don't really see her benefit to the community, other than to fill up the pages with nonsense PR.

What do I do ? well if you could afford to visit shows you would see me working with gfy/ics/webmaster access in the operation of shows,working to promote main sponsor brands ,I also organise parties do promotion work and about 1000 other things ? and I get paid really well to do it .....what do you do ? lol

Smut how do I benefit the community ? well how many shows or dinners have you organised on your own dime to get webmasters together to do more biz??? I guess NONE how do you benefit the community? I put about 20 percent of my earned $$$$ into real action...back into supporting up and comming webmasters.

I spent over $3000 bucks last oct so that l could make a webmaster gathering to help small webmasters get together and discuss biz and have a relaxing evening.

I made sure it was open to everyone even webmasters with no program ,no vips,no special invites and paid for all drinks and food...no begging for drinks tickets etc ..totally relaxed.

Big deal some may say ? well look at it like this ..I refused all sponsorship,I had no brand or anything to promote ,it was a total 3k loss for a 20 year old girl,that was 3 months earnings for me in fact it was my total first 3 months earnings in this biz .....it was my way of saying thank you for a supportive start to everyone.

I'm not hating on you, but I am going to offer some advice. First off, don't discuss your earnings in public, it really isn't anyone's business. Also, don't hate on someone if they are hating on you, trying to put someone in their place that is putting you down rarely works to your benefit.

For example, you made a comment that you got paid very well, and then implied (at least in my opinion) that he did not make much with your "if you could afford to visit shows" but that all went to hell when you later said you spent $3k of your own money which was 3 months earnings to you on an event. Well, $1k/month to many in this industry would be considered dismal earnings.
The thing is, there will always be haters, don't try and "win" simply ignore them. Many people on here are very experienced at board drama, arguments etc. and it is simply not worth your time to get into verbal battles as one day, they always come back to haunt you.
As for your earnings, although some would consider them dismal, you are relatively new to the industry so you most certainly, with continued hard work earn far more than you do now :) For serious business women in this industry "winning" is simply showing everyone how capable you are at doing your job, and proving to the haters they were wrong about you.
