depends on several factors

1. how much work you had to put in to get there
2. methods used
3. how competitive is the word or phrase

of course other factors as well

I only metioned PR0 as I have taken a good look at his work and saw theat he actualy understands SEO ... and is not just another GFY flunkie professin to understand stufff they have no clue about
