Seriously Now: ZOMBAIO - Anyone Tried Them?
 

They've skinned GFY twice, now that ad on the start up page... The same question has been asked countless times before, yet still no one seems to confirm that they'd tried Zombaio and how it went down. Since they keep spending all this money on GFY, has anyone tried them?

its crazy no one comes in and introduces themselves and answers questions. Processing is a big trust.

First introduction they've attempted hasn't gone well for them at all. Jesper (I think that's what his name was) pulled back and I don't think there's been any official introduction attempt #2 from them since. What's the deal with those people...

Personally, I wish they WOULD come here and establish a relationship with some people .. I've been dying for someone to recommend on a consistent basis ... it gives me a headache to think about how many times I've been asked if I know of a third-party processor for adult that I'd feel comfortable recommending.

That's what I thought they would have done by now already. Seeing them skin GFY twice plus pay for other forms of advertising, I though there would have been a reputable sponsor they'd establish a relationship with so the rest of us have something to work with.

Just Googled some typical join page text and found a few payment based sites who seem to be using them.

4,9% is very attractive compared to 15% that I've seen from others. I'd like to know why.

Not to be to skeptical, but if they can do it for 10% less then their competition does, they're either lacking something or the competition is stacking up a lot of money. So I'd be keeping a close eye on this thread, as I'm very interested.

LOL...that's exactly my thoughts when i read his thread. what's wrong with recommending ccbill, epoch, netbilling, etc...all are good trusted adult processors in my opinion. :2 cents:

CCBILL needs to lower their cut! To.. hmmm... maybe 6% ? :)

Why? They have close to no competition, really, and their main competitor has the same rates.

Honestly, can somebody explain why these rates are so high in general ?

Is it really necessary, are there a lot of costs involved ? Or is it just a matter of monopoly possition.

On a semi humorous side note...

Those of you who were in Amsterdam, at WMA, will have found a pack of breath mints, in their 'goody bag' from Zombaio...

They are in a white box, shaped like a credit card, with the Zombaio logo on them...

Well, when I returned to the UK, I was held up for over an hour at customs while they 'Tested' the breath mints...

Apparently, they thought they were ecstasy !!!

With it you're often fucked too sadly. Unfortunately most of them are 'stand up guys' until they go under or screw someone. In the case of a processor I'd say longevity is the only true test and they haven't got that yet. :2 cents:

As for the rate if something seems to good to be true....

There were not really many posts about it :( and also all of them were Newbies so hard to say if those even real people.

Could somebody explain the risks of partnering with a company like Zombaio ?

Unfortunately not too familiar with billing etc. I highly doubt they could just disappear to Costa Rica with your (processed) money..

Main thing is they charge way less and just for that we should be thinking. I like safe and more stabile solotions and quality cost. But a low fee like that wood be nice.

I still remember my phone ringing after filling out a 3rd party app when I was looking for my phone sex merchant account... and some "steve" in the New England area.. telling me I would never get a merchant account if I wanted to do it the legal eagle way and register as adult.. and that he could change my life for me... Found them through AES... some dude named Arlo kept my $750.

Hmm.. 3 mos later I had 2 adult merchant accounts.

First thing to do is make sure they tell you who the bank is backing the merchant account.. then personally call that bank to inquire if they support high risk..

epochs and ccbills rates have been the same for 10 years, back from the start when you had 20 other processors around, then all the others faded away. i remember when ibill was offering people rates below their cost in order to get the volume they needed. processing, hosting, parachutes is where you want to pay extra for quality, imo.

unless you go all the way with your own merchant account and know what your doing

well, besides iBill you could also search for "Paymonde" on this board - they even disappeared to Canada with the money.

It's the banks and the processors that have labelled adult as "high risk" simply so that they could charge more for serving the industry.
