More over, I find that those who say they are bi, really a lot of times are gay. They just can't say it for some reason. I have met plenty who only date or want to hook up with women. I say to them, "So you are gay then", they say, "No I am bi".

I agree that saying you are bi is a less threatening/more socially acceptable way of saying you're gay, especially if the person is not ready to "come out" yet. I have a cousin who said he was bi for years until he was then "gay."

Then again, Kinsey also said that sexuality is a scale. Most people are not exclusively heterosexual or homosexual but somewhere on the continuum.

I think one reason a gay woman would pretend to be bi is so that she could have some control over men. If she is gay a guy will think " no chance " and turn his back. If she's bi a guy will think he has a chance or even better a chance for a threesome. With that kind of attention she can lead him on in whatever games she wants.

To most girls it just seems to be the thing to say. I get funny looks by saying I am not bi. I can look at a woman and appreciate how beautiful she is but that doesn't make me want to sleep with her.

Why do people think Lady GaGa is over-rated and fake? She wrote her whole CD, has a different style. Sure, it's a little weird but I really like her and her music.
