Who is wifebucket.com and why do they think it is ok to steal!???

This video:
http://www.tube8.com/amateur/great-a...facial/230993/

We shot this scene for Home Grown Video. It is now posted on tube8.com and watermarked 'wifebucket.com' ????? Can someone explain this to me? Or is blatant theft just the norm this days??

It's on tube 8 and your concern is that somebody else stole it?

Content that has been stolen from somebody who stole it becomes secondary theft which is similar to 2 negatives equaling a positive. Based on that, your video is clearly not stolen at all. It's probably just being "sampled" as the music industry has done for years.

*********** John? I'll have someone look into it asap- time to whack another mole!

wifebucket seems to be one of the most egregious infringers. but often you get the link "removed" only for it to show up again down the line...

What i still dont understand is how the US gov't can regulate broadcast TV, Cable, radio, etc yet the internet is wide open to minors for the most vile crap imaginable (not referring to the link posted- the excellence of that material is a given).

Pretty soon most kids will have 4G unfettered access to basically any kind of porn- no need to sneak onto mom and dad's computer...

Thanks for the link watching now..ohh anal this looks like its gonna hurt!

john-tym 03-29-2010 04:15 PM

Yeah, its me. I was going to email you this link.

Just incredible - they even have the nerve to watermark it so that no one else can 'steal' it.

Very true about how open ended tube sites are - no credit card= no age verification.

Actually its probably the "new" way to steal.. Water mark other peoples content then upload it to a tube site. Then hope you get type ins.. If caught deny everything claiming it was an fan.

CamTraffic 03-29-2010 05:01 PM

I can see Taylor's Bow embed videos in their webmaster area

Bump for this.

Steve Awesome 01-24-2013 04:16 PM

Shit, same thing happening to me:

My original video:
http://realdollsex.com/m4v/006/dmca-...-original.html

Fucks who stole it watermarked it:
http://www.xhamster.com/movies/68415..._sex_doll.html

http://wifebucket.com/ doesn't even have a goddamn DMCA page or contact details. Nice.

Steve Awesome 01-24-2013 04:18 PM

Bah, okay they have a page called "remove content" which flatly admits "hey, I'm gonna charge people for shit I don't even own." Real fucking nice. They went through a lot of trouble to hide the email address [email protected] so whatever. Here it is. DMCA notice being fired off in 5... 4...

The answer to that is obvious.... The US gouvernement does not want to.

Just look at how absoultely fucking stupid have become in the last 10 years. The United States economy is shit... wars regularly popping up... banks robbing the public fund... etc etc etc.

The vast majority worry about Dancing with stars, waiting in line for a new Apple gadget and believe that Facebook is democracy.

Now ask yourself this..
If you were the gouverment, would you want to step in and mess up a good thing?

The site is from SeeMyBucks.com - I don't see that they are part of Gammae - That bit at the bottom is odd.

Ask the guys at Gamma. If you look at the site it clearly says at the bottom of the page that Gamma is running it.

Maybe they haven't gotten around to cleaning it up yet. But Gamma is taking over the running of several programs.

I saw that they had taken over Burning Angel as well for online. So I'm guessing that maybe they did the same thing with See My Bucks affiliate program.

I would think that you would be able to contact someone at Gamma and have them correct that.

What? Time to take action. Mutual whatever, they just stole from you hommie

SomeCreep 01-25-2013 04:19 AM

Yea, they steal a lot of shit. They would never admit to watermarking stolen content, but they do. And by the time the owner finds out theyve already profited by making lots of sales, so either way, mission accomplished.

CamTraffic 01-25-2013 05:59 AM

Chances are they bought the site recently and that clip was uploaded way back. I am sure they'll get it removed asap if you contact Somebody at Gammae. ( Joel or Stinger) I am surprised they bought that site knowing the amount of 'borrowed' content this site has...

What?? nobody's suing nobody... Straight content producers don't do SHIT when it comes to take legal actions...

On the other Hand; Gay content producers will take you to Court in a heart Beat!

Ok, you're right guess I should just get on GFY and complain about them and threaten to have our expansive legal team, who we just LOVE LOVE LOVE paying for, go after them.

What will anyone get out of that besides our attorneys?

Time and time again I have learned that it is better to turn these issues around by making so called enemies into allies and doing some business that is mutually profitable.

In fact, that is exactly what is happening as of this post.

Time and time again everyone wants to run and grab the pitchforks and torches and ropes and run into the streets looking for a lynching. They should be using the pitchforks to bale some hay together, the rope to form bonds, and the torches to light the way to more opportunities. imho.:2 cents::thumbsup

Roald 01-25-2013 12:18 PM

I think Gamma is just doing the processing for the site and is not owning it.

That makes sense.

But at the same time, by doing that, aren't you encouraging people to steal your stuff and make money with it?
Knowing full well, that in the end they will be rewarded by you with even more money?

No Actually not. I am taking people that were making money off my stuff and working it out so I get what is due, correcting an issue that is hurting my brand, plus showing them that there is a more profitable path in working together going forward.

Sounds like doing business to me. :winkwink:

People tend to take this stuff so personally but at the end of the day, it is just business as usual.

Gator 01-25-2013 08:30 PM

It's not bad to let him use some videos if he's linking back.

Maybe you're right for your situation. For me it IS personal. I shoot my own stuff personally. I take all the risks personally. I put in all the hours editing and uploading to my site personally.

So yeah, when someone steals it and monetizes it...it is very personal for me and any people who actually work their own sites from top to bottom.

But I can see what you're saying.

What I was suggesting is this: By doing what you are doing...it tells me that I'm wasting time as an affiliate of homegrown. Instead of playing by the rules, I should just steal your stuff. Use it to draw traffic. Monetize it like crazy.

I will not face any penalties. But instead...I will be rewarded by having you contact me and set up a great new business deal between us.

I'm not picking on you specifically. I'm just pointing out what I think is the flaw in your line of thinking on this.
