    I'm getting sued tomorrow!

    I thought it would never happen.

    I was wrong.

    Tomorrow is the court date. This heeb took so much money from me over the years.

    Let ya know how it goes tomorrow>

    Short story... ex biz partner and myself developed 1 successful adult site and 2 successful mainstream sites. I took the adult site bc he sucked and we couldn't work together anymore, nor come to a compromise.

    So I left him rebills from adult and all the existing and new from mainstream. I left him so fucking much more it is retarded and my attorney told me that as well. I just wanted out and he wouldn't.

    So apparently Paul K advised me from ccbill... JK, he's a real dickhead

    So apparently ccbill rebills stopped happening bc of a server modification I made while making changes. This somehow stopped ccbill from rebilling.

    My email was plugged into my phone and I would receive all that bullshit. My email was taken off by that dick (drew the ex partner).

    Well I guess that sucks but things like that happen and when rogue partners decide not to communicate with you and tell you something is up... that's what happens.

                      We started a firm unrelated to sites in 2005. Everything was always 50/50... never even got a shareholders agreement for that one.

                      This guy won't even tell his wife that he did adult shit... I wanted out for months and for 2 months now trying to resolve.

                      He won't bc my work benefits him way more then me and he wanted to ride it out as long as possible.

                      What happened though is the rebills stopped from ccbill and then he got his attorney. First off, I NEVER thought that would happen bc he is the biggest pussy and when we were shooting porn his wife never new. He told me if his wife ever found out they would likely be done.

                      The funny thing is I didn't intentionally cause the rebills to stop. So I think this fucking jew bag made a decision to ...

                      1) wife
                      2) money I create

                      He chose 2... I hope everything pans out for him

                                                  Can't think of ANYTHING you could do on the server side that would cause the rebills on ccbill's merchant account to suddenly cease, unless you took the site offline for so long they killed your account.

                                                                                                                                                                                          I can't think of what needs to be done off the top of my head, but I know when I have sold existing membership sites and they go to the new host, with SOME processors, you have to do something with either htaccess or with cgi bin depending on their script. Typically something to do with permissions.

                                                                                                                                                                                          All the same, it is a simple fix. You give them your FTP and they go in and fix it.
