Yes, it is. Every time this happens in adult, the same thing happens... for the first few weeks, there is drama and then when the dust settles everyone forgets about it.

I was simply asking if anybody had heard anything. The question was not tied to my personal expectations.

There's still no new news other than them aparently not wanting to pay out some people in a lump sum but instead in "installments". Documents still not received for me.

I put in my paperwork but haven't heard back. I'm ignoring it, written it off. Luckily the Virtual Visa is ok and I'm getting cash out of that though the ATM fees are terrible...

I thought what he said is that they wanted to pay him in installments and not all at once, NOT that they didn't have our money.

One scenario is that Mallick does in fact want to pay everyone but because he fucked up, the bank doesn't have all the money and he's having to fund it out of his pocket over time as he doesn't have all the funds available...

You know.. It would be nice if he just grew a fucking pair and came right out and told us all the full story instead of leaving everyone in the dark. What a fucking coward.

As I recall you are correct but it went on to say that they did not have the money to pay in full and would have to pay as they sold off assets...or something to that effect.

It sounds as if they are bankrupt but probably are trying to avoid having to declare bankruptcy...as that may have an affect on Mallick's other enterprises.

I did not have the virtual wallet so I don't think the St Kitts Bank applies to me but the second reason applies which is disturbing. I'll post updates as I get them.

Well, given this is news from a couple days ago, it makes it sound like St Kitts has a shit load of our Wallet money and ePass is trying to get it back. In the meantime they're trying to dribble out while they can which would explain the desire for installment payouts.

I of course do not know this to be true...but I suspect what brought Epass down is they were raiding the account and that is probably why the bank froze the account...and I of course do not have any way to know what may or may not be left in the account. I have serious doubts that even via a law suit that all of the people will ever get all of their money.

I have a problem with the whole get a lawyer thing. This mofo wasted enough of my time. I ran around like a retard securing the documents and information it requested which was likely just to buy them time.

you guys can keep on the legal pressure. Ill help keep on the enraged stranger pressure

but i'm willing to forget about it if hes working on securing the cash to pay back, as the myth claims.
