Now Justin Beiber complaining about paparazzi
The Canadian pop star sent out a series of angry Twitter messages on Tuesday, complaining that aggressive photographers had forced him to spend the rest of his trip holed up in his hotel room.
"You would think paparazzi would have some respect in holy places," wrote 17 year-old Bieber, who is a practicing Christian. "All I wanted was the chance to walk where jesus did here in isreal (sic)." Source http://new.music.yahoo.com/blogs/sto...zzi-in-israel/ |
Sounds like he needs several big dudes around him to punch a hole.
|
Yeah, it's about time that some laws are made about how paparazzi can approach
and photograph. I mean, if they can rush anyone at any time then how does a person know that they are not being rushed by some wacko posing as a photographer who has bad motives such as in robbery or murder. Everybody has a zoom lens that can get close ups from 200 feet away, so why all the "bum rushing"?.....so they can get a reaction, that's it. |
All he needs is one of these:

Im sure he's just miserable durring his trip in Israel that he got to on his new private jet. While he's holed up in his massive penthouse suite.

Yeah. Some punk stuidio-ized faggot douchebag gets lucky and makes a few million dollars... decides to go into the hollywood eye, and what? People take pictures of him?
I feel no pity for him. If he doesn't like it? Quit and move to Montana. Drive a fucking Chevy like everybody else. When you choose that path? There is shit associated with it. These are the consequences of fame. Fucking queer ass bitch. :2 cents: :1orglaugh |
I'm not sure famous people have the right to complain about paparazzi.
I wish we lived in a world where someone could be famous, make millions of dollars, have your ass kissed everywhere you go, and only work a few weeks a year and have all of that with absolutly zero downside. But unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Not to mention the irony of complaining about fame and then going on Twitter and hoping everyone reads his post instantly. |
Entertainment is one of America's main exports. I realize this happened in Israel, but hating people for being famous is bad for the US economy. I'm pretty sure Justin Beiber works more than a few weeks a year.

a living and that's why they themselves will never be rich and famous. It's all luck and no work in the eyes of the lazy nobody; because that is actually their dream ---- to be rich without doing anything. :2 cents: |

He is allowed to bitch, just like you are. Just don't expect people to feel bad for the little cunt.:2 cents: |

WTF do you mean by "may have"? BWAHAHAHAHA! |
Dont worry Justin, you are at 14 minutes and counting... in a year or two the only way you will be able to get your photo in the newspapers is if you go on a killing spree with an AK-47

Wasn't he discovered at 14 after he posted a Youtube video? Nothing against his success but if you want to defend his hard work, go ahead but don't pretend as though he toiled at his craft for years.
Anyway, in my original post I made no judgment on working hard or not, the point is that some avenues to great wealth have drawbacks. Everyone wishes they could have their cake and eat it to, but the world doesn't work like that. Wanting to be famous then complaining about the paparazzi is like wanting to be a UFC fighter then complaining about getting punched in the face. It's just part of the game. |
Poor little rich boy

I never said that he toiled at his craft for years. Or even that he has a craft, as one would have to get into precisely what he does. But I think he has an incredible work ethic, especially for a kid. The music industry likes money fine and there are a lot of kids on YouTube, so there would be more Justin Beibers, if any lazy loser could do it. If you are a UFC fighter, you can avoid getting punched in the face by getting better at it. If nobody is trying to punch you, you are not a UFC fighter. I really don't think having strangers inside your personal space while sightseeing is a requirement for singing or looking cute for teeny bopper girls. The main thing a pop star can do to avoid this is to work to change public perception that this sort of behavior is okay. Do you really want to see pics of Justin Beiber eating his lunch or picking his nose that bad? |

But to claim that everyone who is successful worked equally as hard is just silly. I was reading about one of those Disney star kids and they were simply in a mall when a talent scout happened to notice she was cute. Now she's famous. Is that the same as a band that tours for ten years in a rusty van driving from dumpy bar to crappy nightclub until they finally get signed? Or an actor who plays bit parts for years and years until he finally gets a breakout role? Of course it's not. Once again, I take nothing away from achieving success either way. Either by mostly luck or by hard work. But you have to admit that both ways certainly exist. But either way, I never bashed him for not working hard. I simply said celebrities can only work a few weeks a year if they want and still make millions of dollars, I never said that was bad. |

I honestly can't think of a single pop star who could decide to work just a few weeks a year and still make millions. Justin Beiber and the band coming up via rusty van do different things when they go to work each day starting off. I've extended hospitality to a lot of bands in rusty vans and, in my experience, some sure appear to put more work in than others. I started doing music journalism in the 1980's, so I feel fairly qualified on the topic, and I still believe that, in general, the harder you work, the luckier you get. Which isn't to say, especially in this sucky economy, that a lot of hard workers (who deserve a break) don't catch a break. Then again, crashing in a punk rock group house with an all night party is significantly more fun than a corporate meet and greet at a stadium. From a distance, they both might not look like work at all, but they both really are, the latter moreso. |

I think the amount of privacy someone must give up to be famous today is wrong. Even on very beginner entry levels, there is too much digging into what should be private space. In my opinion anyway. |

for nine months and surviving it? Do you think she deserves to have cameras in her face every where she goes because she is famous, or do you make exceptions based on how someone became famous? It is "all her fault" that she is famous and we shouldn't feel sorry for her? Inquiring minds want to know. |

Justin is a whinny bitch doing this crap for pure publicity... if he doesn't like the attention, give it up. Yeah, it's really that simple.
Otherwise he needs to shut up, he's sucking this crap up and he knows it! Clearly he did this so he could say he was Christian, has those values, blah blah blah ie: It's 100% marketing to draw in stupid parents. |
And don't forget kids... errr parents, Britney Spears is an innocent perfect pure never do anything wrong girl. Yeah, if people don't get that it's 100000000000000% pure marketing bullshit by this point, they deserve to be sheep.
|
I always love the people that say. If you're not happy with the attention. "Just walk away" ah yes its that easy lol. At the end of the day he should realize that fame comes with a cost but to be continuously hunted down no matter where you go is wrong. Give the kid some space.

They are in the spot light 'now' because they made it happen... otherwise it's totally random. Some of the top stars in the world are hardly ever seen, everyone else "makes" it happen. If he truly had a problem with it, it's as simple as walking away. |

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh He did get up and try to do something else; and that something else was going to Israel to see some religious stuff. See how it worked out? Liz Taylor was out of show business for decades, but as soon as she got sick the cameras were all up her ass in the hospital. |
Quote:
Like others, he could have taken a private jet, under a different name, and "our" Pops wouldn't have found him, just like others. Who's to say Liz Taylors wishes weren't to notify the media? If they didn't tell anyone, how would they know where to show up and when? Exactly..... |
