ZOMBAIO ACCOUNT RESTRICTED..no warning no reason anybody else??
 

Just woke up this lovely tuesday morning to log into zombaio and check status on payment and to my chagrin my account is restricted... anybody know what this is about?

Are they about to walk with all of our monies....do they not want to allow me access to make screen shots...

Oops nevermind it looks like they did in fact send an email....my site is down for a few days so that means my account gets closed and my money gets taken....thats the way it goes down now

The account is closed because your site www.saraswirls.com has been down for 48 hours, despite several notifications. Your recurring members are complaining and chargeing back. To restrict the account after 48hours is standard procedure.

We are not holding any funds, funds will be paid as normal, but we will not rebill customers until the site is up and we see that there are no chargebacks due to the site being down.

Unbelievable, the OP is obviously out of line here. Why blame Zombaio for something that's your own fault, like having a website down that members who have paid for access cannot reach ?

You mean you cannot suspend an account, you just go right to close.... account is closed been in good standing for 4 years with one single chargeback in 4 years...and you get shut down because your site is down for 2 days

In other words If I am an expert at acquiring and risk management I am able to use my cleverness to shut down accounts, seize funds, shuffle funds, play games with veiled threats and make up rules and policy as it suits my need for greed... yeah thats exactly what we are dealing with...

Surely there's some way you can come up with the money to get your website back online quick? If this happened to one of my websites I would borrow money or do whatever I had to do to make sure my website was back online as fast as I could. I would be worried about the paying customers that do not have access to material they have paid for. You have to play ahead and keep reserve funds for emergencies like this, processing problems aside...it all comes down to the CUSTOMERS...they provide the income. You seem to have great content and your website could be so much more than it is.

I'm glad I am not one of her paying members, I'd be more than pissed off after paying for a service which just disappeared. She can't go blaming it on Zombaio, her customers paid her and it's her responsibility to provide them the service they paid for.

Based on the account closed page, they're using Naked.

As far as I know -- if using a dedicated server -- it's due on the first and there is a 10 day grace period. So if true in their case, way overdue and Naked may have already given an extension or two if the server has only been down for two days.

I've never been at a host that total closes the account after 10 days - especially in this business. In any business if you are open and talk to your vendors they will work with you for a month or 2. I'm betting this is more than just 10 days, perhaps 2 months?

SwirlsGirl - If you are interested in having someone manage your program, hosting, etc for you let me know. We can help solve your problem rather quickly, you will make more money and get to focus on what you do best - shoot content;-)

This is a serious offer.

The hosting is probably more than 10 days late, i don't think many shut it off for over a month, unless there is a serious problem.
