I think that OneDree is probably a former poster with a username of Stephanie Hastert who lasted a total of 77 posts before she was banned.

Stephanie Hastert is probably a real person but it was probably a guy named Joe P--- from Trenton, NJ that is posting as her (that part is a total guess).

This is based on intelligence collected by sources that I can not reveal because of National Security concerns.

This is of course just my opinion and should in no way be considered an accusation.
