My site banned by google, need advise

Its my fault so I can not make an appeal for them.

My questions is, it is permanent? Will my site start from scratch and will page indexed for google sooner?

u-Bob 12-18-2011 04:04 PM

just start another one.

blackmonsters 12-18-2011 04:13 PM

Blame SOPA for taking away you rights!!!!!

It's censorship!!!!

Oh wait!!!

HardlinkSells 12-18-2011 04:14 PM

redirect all remaining traffic to a new url and start over with a new domain.

mightyjoe 12-18-2011 04:26 PM

this is very sad if i just let go my domain. very good domain name(i can not think any name closer to it), some selected keywords are on the top of google search before.

zurich 12-18-2011 04:27 PM

the real question is what did you do to get it banned?

facialfreak 12-18-2011 04:33 PM

Fix whatever you did to get it banned, and then there is a process to go through to ask for reinclusion ... there is a form you fill out etc ...

Without telling us what you did to get banned, its hard for us to help you or suggest what you need to do.

Bans are not usually permanent, but it depends what you actually did to piss them off, and how sincere you seen to want to fix it and play by the rules ...

facialfreak 12-18-2011 04:35 PM

you can also register the domain in somebody else's name, and go the route that you just purchased this domain that has been previously banned, and you wish to apply for reinclusion .... but you will probably have to change the content on the domain to make it look like its under new ownership ..

see my post #7

I use a tool that generates thousands of backlinks, comments and trackbacks, etc. And its impossible to clean that crap.

I don't think google will consider me for that.

Adam_M 12-18-2011 04:39 PM

First - Why do a blackhat "experiment" on a good domain?

Second - Depending on exactly what you did I would just clean up the mess, build quality content, and work on the site like your building it for a user experience and not just for Google. Not uncommon for a new site that ranks high fast to get dropped from the ranking for some reason. It will take time for it to come back but it will if it's a quality site.

V_RocKs 12-18-2011 04:40 PM

Wait six months... it'll be back

If you can't clean it up then I would say toss the domain in the bin and start again. Really it's a cheap lesson, at the end of the day you learn more for these things then any others and I'm sure you won't be so stupid next time :winkwink:

Jarmusch 12-18-2011 04:49 PM

When you type in google 'site:yourdomain.com' nothing comes up?

one guy said it will be back after six months?

zurich 12-18-2011 04:55 PM

write a letter of apology to Google.

That's bad.

If I were you I would take the site down and park the domain for a while, then start a whole new site on it. Maybe even transfer it to another registrar to trick google into thinking it has a new owner lol.

It MAYBE but in 6 months you could have made good progress on another site and if 'site:yourdomain.com' is showing no results I would not take the chance or time to mess with that domain.

Edit: I would also NOT redirect that site to your new one, a redirect could pass on the Google hate!

redwhiteandblue 12-18-2011 05:18 PM

Optimise for Bing.

KingNigel 12-18-2011 05:22 PM

Send Google an angry letter.

anexsia 12-18-2011 05:34 PM

Take initiative and create your very own Google.

Not sure if serious? Won't google notice that and just penalize the new domain? Maybe not if you don't do an 'official' redirect..

campimp 12-18-2011 05:42 PM

the better question is why are you stressing over a domain that is just 1 month old?

forget the domain and assume it is a lesson learned

VenusBlogger 12-18-2011 06:04 PM

How do you know its banned?

I have had one of my sites penalized after adding analytics.

After removing analytics, 1 month later the sanction was lifted.

analytics is a trick, they give you it free to have access to everything, and control your site.. if they just dont like something, they will penalize you..

if you dont have analytics, they can't see in detail everything... so they wont penalize you.

period.

I fucked up, got it banned, changed the domain owner, 6 years later with pure whitehat methods it finally broke a PR1 with some SE listings.

If this is what you've done ie., xrumer, bite the bullet and move on.

yes, something like that but i think better than xrumer

QFT...Google will absolutely pass on the hate to the new site. they say as much in their webmaster area.

jimmycooper 12-18-2011 06:31 PM

Redirect it to a Tumblr page with your domain as a sub domain. Add links and banners that promote your new site.

Brent 3dSexCash 12-18-2011 06:39 PM

Here, I'll start your letter for you:

"Father Google forgive me for I have sinned. I has been 1 day since my last offense....."

If the site is just a few months old you might not even be banned. Do you have a google webmaster tools account? If you don't get one, if you do add that site to the account and follow the SEO standards from webmaster tools.

mightyjoe 12-18-2011 08:15 PM

ie: my original site is www.tamjerry.com and i want www.temjerry.com

i only change the letter "a" from the banned site to "e" for the new site.
