I recently found very effective - drink some water (at least 0.5L) after drinking before going to sleep. It cut my hangover percentage drastically.

Have some eggs, a beer, 1 advil, Pedialyte to start. Drink another Pedialyte four hours later. Drink water/coconut water rest of day, chill by open window (fresh air helps) on couch for rest of day.

That is the best solution I have come up with

Gatorade

Big 'ole glass of water and two Aleves before sleep.

or Gatorade to restore and rehydrate the electrolytes and sodium.

In 48 yrs. never missed a day's work due to hangin'. :)

Couple of green gel caps (advil) before bed. Hard on the liver so don't do it that often.

The best I found was these tablets that dissolve in water that had electrolytes

drink plenty of liquids (orange juice for examples) + take a multivitamin + rest

eat mashed potato and fried fish

Gave my buddy big red pill which he thought was "Chaser" ...he took it the night before but it was actually a dinosaur sponge which you normally put under water for the sponge to grow out of the pill .... LOL...funny thing was that he had no hangover after the massive binge! ...I have no idea where the sponge went :)

There is no "cure" - the damage is done and you're feeling the effects of alcohol poisoning. All you can do is rest and hydrate.

If you don't want to have a hangover, drink as much water as alcohol WHILE you are drinking.

It's hard to remember this when you're drunk, but drink a giant glass of water before bed. When you get up to piss in the middle of the night, drink another.

Have a greasy bacon egg and cheese in the morning, with a bottle of Gatorade.

Water, Electrolytes and B&C Vitamins. Caffeine can Help as Well!

I usually go for a Monster ReHab or Rockstar Recovery as they have all of those combined in a can. Other wise, a Gatorade with a Multi Vitamin will do.
