Just curious, have any of you GFY'ers here ever seen a UFO?

I saw one, but later i discovered it was a chinese flying lantern.

People see unidentified things in the sky all the time... it's stupid though when they jump to the conclusion of space aliens...

Yeah, 2 light-dots "dancing" around each other, they where very far away. It was probably just 2 weather-balloons, but I still would like to know for sure.

I saw something once that I can not explain. On top of a mountain around 4am watching shooting stars. At first I thought it was a satellite, as you can see them move. But this was moving too fast, so I thought maybe a really strong shooting star. Then it stopped and held. Then moved. Then went the other way. Then stopped again. Then shot across the sky in a different direction some more and stopped again. Then vanished into the sky.

It freaked me out. Never seen anything like it before.

Yes, when I was a kid I saw something when I was looking out my bedroom window late at night... Obviously I don't know what it was but I managed to convince myself it was an alien spaceship... It terrified me for a couple,of years.

nope never, but my dad said he saw some weird lights in the sky when we were over in SA

I've seen a few, but UFO not aliens flying across the sky, just fast moving objects or statalights (typo on purpose). Best is when you see shooting stars, have lots of them over Britain in the summer time, fantastic looking up at a clear night sky :thumbsup

I saw something like that 10 years ago in the woods in the middle of the night. Something above me lit up the area around me with green light for a few seconds then disappeared.

I was pretty unaffected with it though, when I met my buddy a few minutes afterwards I just told him I saw an UFO and didn't speak of it again

I saw a big green glowing cloud thing once - It was flying and I don't know what it was so yes - I have seen a UFO....

Pretty sure we have all seen something flying that we did not recognize at one time or another.

Was on Vacation is Destin Florida about 7 years ago and watched some things in the Gulf of Mexico for about 20 minutes. The lights were moving really fast and doing some weird things that aircraft can not do. We were on the balcony of a suite at the Topsl resort. Finally called hotel security to see if they knew what it was. They said that no one else had reported anything and when I went back out on the balcony the lights were gone. The security guy told me that sometimes aircraft carriers go out there and practice. Suggested it could have been military jets taking off and landing on the carrier. I doubt that was the case.

Since then, I have seen ufo shows on TV that show similar lights in various places across the planet.

Not sure what we saw that night but it was interesting.

NOBODY ever saw an UFO (which means an extra-terrestial object) (yeah yeah, I know it means "Unidentified flying object", but im talking about people referring to EXTRA TERRESTIAL LIFE)...

What you saw is always something made by humans, either a satellite, a weather ballon, an airplane or something else.

Anyone thinking that he saw an ALIEN intelligent object, is just an IGNORANT. Nothing else.

Every night, when I'm outside with the dogs freezing my ass off, I see something flying that I can't identify. So yea. But I'm pretty sure it's planes, don't know what plane so it's a UFO to me.
