I think that monopolizing someone's time 40 hours/week carries a price tag much higher than $100/week. How can anyone even afford to do this job?

I have a guy in the Philippines who has been with me for almost 2 years now. I pay him $400 a month. I have to say that the guy is dedicated and takes the initiative to get shit done. Sure, there were a lot of growing pains at first but since then he has been a great employee.

thats expensive, i have contacts that can get me full time worker in about $100.

but again $100 worker is capable of only creating blog posts , writing title and descriptions, not much technical knowledge, unless you teach them first.
