once again, it's one sentence taken out of context and the left makes a huge deal about it... the guy is right though, Putin is 10x better leader than Obama ever was, just look at the approval rating, Putin is at 90%, and I don't think Obama ever even broke 50%... (a lot of it has to do with the fact that Putin controls the media, and other factors, but still the difference is night and day)

A few weeks ago when Trump was telling everyone that Putin would respect him and that he would be able to work with Putin...the press laughed at Trump and said Putin would never respect him.

Now that Putin says it himself...the press turn it around and make it a bad thing.

And yet when Obama huddled up with Putin and Hillary brought out the stupid "reset" button prop with the Russians...THAT was showing how great Obama was for being able to work with the Russians.

The hypocrisy and double standards of the press are just mind boggling.

Trump simply doesn't give a fuck. He isn't dumb. I think he got into this race to make a mockery of our politicians....and by saying the most offensive shit that most certainly will kill his hopes.....His numbers are rising! He keeps at it...keeps saying awful shit...and they keep rising. Now suddenly he is a real candidate. Is he Presidential material?

I say no. But then again, there isn't a single candidate or person in Washington that I would trust to make me a sandwich, let alone uphold our constitution. Why is Trump succeeding? Trump's numbers are good because of how fucked our political system is. Clinton was likely a rapist, but our economy was awesome then. Bush was so bad that A racist country elected a fairly inexperienced black man as PRESIDENT. Let that sink in. Our country so desperately wanted something different in the white house...that they elected a black man, with questions about his true nationality, and rumors of being a muslim...as president. Now Obama pretty much sucks too, so what next? Anyone but a politician please! So we got Trump. No matter what he says...people eat it up, because they think a billionaire is somehow "one of them." Aint this country great? He truly can't be any worse than what is currently in Washington. If we could round them all up and give them mustard gas, the world would be better off.

He didn't defend him. But he sure as shit didn't leap to condemn it either...and he begrudgingly gave a half hearted condemnation when directed by the hosts to do it. I was watching this morning while having my coffee, so I can say nothing has been taken out of context. Joe and Mika tried their hardest to get Trump to at least acknowledge that killing journalists was a bad thing, and he barely agreed with them because he didn't want to say anything bad about the Great Leader Putin.

I don't like Putin (if anybody here still thinks I do), but I can't recall any journalist who has been killed by his order (or at least who was able to make any serious problem for him). For example, Politkovskaya was killed by Chechens. According to the independent (non-pro Putin) Russian media the attack on Kashin (hopefully he has survived) was inspired by Pskov's governor Turchak. If you know about any journalist who was killed by Putin's order, please post your info here.

What was the story with that Nemtsov guy? wasn't he a relatively high ranking politician and an outspoken critic of Putin? how did he die?:
a. skiing accident
b. heart attack
c. murdered by unidentified gunmen right in front of the Kremlin

Nemtsov was not a journalist. And his story is as simple as the story of Politkovskaya. He was killed by Chechens. The assassins were arrested and as far as I know, Putin was mad when he was informed that Nemtsov is dead.

yeah those days are long gone. but thats never coming back. in a sense, the media is more honest today. you know what spin your gonna get when you tune in. especially the young, they are really fucking honest people. its kinda cool the talks i have with talent lately. they see through all the BS. it gives me hope that the media cant bend the people the way they think they can. the bias is a known thing.

Say what you want about Merkel, but at least her country is successful. Both Germany and Russia were devastated by WWII, but one country rose to be one of the countries with the highest quality of living, while the other is known for the highest rate of alcoholism and corruption in the "developed" world. I'll give you one guess as to which one is which :D

Can't argue on that at all (Germans have always been more organized, less corrupted, more obedient people etc). But the most alcoholic nation in the world is still the Czech Republic. Those guys drink beer and vodka 24/7 and they are number one :thumbsup Actually the story of that country says it all. It was occupied by everyone, used by everyone, liberated by everyone then occupied again and so forth. You won't find any other country like that which was so drunk all the time to be unable to resist the invaders. And it's the only country on the planet which has never won a single war.
