Trump stumping the debate so far

And the moderators are objective this time, so far.

mineistaken 10-09-2016 06:44 PM

Lol, blond moderator, asked wheter ban on muslims still stand, Trump started answering by saying that that ban now morphed into extreme vetting, and she repeated the question as if trump did not answer already :)

He keeps on avoiding answering questions and has been cornered like a little punk.

Are you serious? He is doing WAY better than in the first one and is winning from start till now. Surely he avoided some stupid locker talk question as if it is very important issue in relation to actual issues. Ridiculous, that is not even presidential debate worthy question. I mean seriously...

oppoten 10-09-2016 06:53 PM

Poo'n.

They need CS as a mediator.

Relic 10-09-2016 06:54 PM

Hillary is literally reciting from an ear piece. Pathetic. Three on one is right.

You've got to be kidding me. We have a Presidential candidate who treats women like dirt and got caught on tape - again - confirming it.

Of course this is a worthy question. It's been front page news two days in a row; It's caused the GOP to more or less drop support for Trump.

When asked the question about treatment of women, trump went off about defeating ISIS :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Better doesn't means good. Yes, I give you that, he lasted 25 instead of 15 minutes before going apeshit. Yes, he is not snuffing as much. :thumbsup

Surely locker room talk is as important issue for presidential debate as isis, jobs, healt care etc. Yeah, importance on on the same level.

I think he did that meaning it is ridiculous to talk about locket room talk (to which he apologized) when you have actual issues to talk about (like isis and others he mentioned).

Weasel hilary is being controlled by her big money donors and she dares to pretend otherwise, dares to pretend being for poor people etc. Disgusting. Surely Trump (as ANY sane person) would use legal loopholes if they existed. It would be moronic to expect otherwise and moronic to bash him for using the same loopholes as Hilary's big donors did...

This is how dishonest she is...

Horatio Caine 10-09-2016 07:10 PM

LOL. "if you were president, what would you do..." ... Follows up with 2 1/2 minutes of utter bullshit about Hillary. Not one word what he would do. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Right, lets not talk about emails, we have more important talk like paying taxes. No?

So we have a Presidential candidate who seems to spend a lot of treating women like shit and we expect school children to look up to him?

kane 10-09-2016 07:22 PM

This debate has basically devolved into Hillary giving her positions and answering questions and Trump calling her a liar and not offering much more than a sniff. He's said some stuff his supporters will like, but he doesn't really seem to have many actual plans on how to run the country.

No, locker room talk is a pig on display .. Pig who shouldn't be talking about sex tapes or Clinton's blowjobs. Or running a country.
Emails.. dead horse. Non were hacked, none done any damage. If think otherwise please show proof.

I agree, that is a minus, but what would you choose: one who is not a nice person but good on actual issues or one who is a nice person and worse on actual issues?

If both are equally good on actual issues, nice vs not nice is a deal breaker, but in no way and important factor in comparison to actual issues.

Horatio Caine 10-09-2016 07:31 PM

hahaha...
Question about "Supreme court judges".
Clinton "I wil blah blah blah.."
Trump "I invested 100 mil of my money in my election..."...
Moderator: "Yo Trump, the equation is about Supreme court".. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh
Every answer he had had nothing to do with what he is about to do. Everything boils down to how bad Obama, Clinton and those who do not support him are.

Why is it that you're clearly denying reality? He is making many rock solid points and saying in very clear terms what he thinks needs to be done. "Not more than a sniff" is an absurd statement. come on. I know you're a partisan wonk but get it together.

Last question - Trump actually answered, Hilary not only did not answer (kids is barely the answer to what she likes about Trump) but also went into complete off topic. Trump answered fair and square.

And while trump did more of those, hilary also had a very fair share of avoiding or going off topic as well.

he had 15 seconds of actual answer and then went off grid again. His whole strategy is to talk down on opponent. Thats it.
Face it, he blew it again. No-one is buying this locker room, I was 59 years young, but I changed bullshit.

Huh? His answer was basically: I like that Hilary does not ever give up, I do not agree with most of what she says, but I like that she never gives up.
That was pretty much it, no off topic at all, not even took a minute, or maybe not even 30 seconds.

While Hilary did not even answer the question and went completely off topic for maybe 2 minutes.

It seems as if, as you suggested, we were watching different debates.

I was talking about supreme court question :1orglaugh

PS: basically, as long as we have ISIS we are good to do anything we want. Domestic violence is OK, because we have isis. Wonder if this defense will work in court.

Yes, the famous double standard style argument.
Hilary supporters were drinking tea, Trump supporters were voting in polls.

Ps: I guess the small business owners poll was falsified too?

This might be very true, and all of us have said things we've regret. The difference is Trump has a twenty year track record on saying such nonsense on tape.

But that is not what we have. Right now we have one candidate who is not nice and isn't good on the issues (and has no zero knowledge of politics) and a second candidate who is nice and is good on the issues (and is clearly qualified to be president).

So does Hillary. She has an even longer track recording of saying one thing and then another. Then, changing positions on whatever is politically expedient at the moment.

It's like there are four different Hillarys. The one then, the one now, the one in private and the public Hillary. The problem is none of them jive together well so the only logical assumption is that she's lying about everything she says.

They are on a level playing field in the tailor-made horseshit department.
