Is TheDynasty spoofing GFY.com?

Check this out:

I googled the email address [email protected]. (He's the weirdo GFY user who is cyber squatting one of my domains). It shows me this:

http://www.livecamnetwork.com/gfypics/1a.png

So I click the "Nude Social Networking Site" to see what it's all about, and I get this rather depressing page

http://www.livecamnetwork.com/gfypics/a2.png
at Nude social networking site

So that URL is a little interesting, so I decide to go to its root. Check-out what I get:

http://www.livecamnetwork.com/gfypics/a3.png

What is he trying to do here?

Bladewire 03-31-2018 10:17 PM

Excellent research.

Let's hope longstanding members of the GFY community come together in admonishing this kind of crude theft of GFY intellectual property. [email protected] would be a good place to send a copy of this thread :thumbsup

Done and done.

I don't think the mods really care as there will always be weasels in the woodpile. You got stung and it does happen to "good" people

OneHungLo 03-31-2018 10:31 PM

Lesbian ass to mouth this one too

I've seen long posts that I've made on GFY posted on other forums and it kind of makes me sick to my stomach it's even worse knowing that a scumbag on GFY is spoofing everything we do and trying to glean off our goodwill interaction with each other.

Sometimes I really fucking hate people god dammit.

Thanks for pointing this out though. I'd rather know than not know :thumbsup

This is the same attack I described in this thread:
https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-p...via-proxy.html

moln4r 04-01-2018 01:51 AM

If you put the domain to google like this "emailyouu.cf" you can see actual results from gfy....with some modifications, but all redirects to ads.
Looks like there is also more domains:
ibntended.tk
lisxboa.gq
all mirroring gfy

For me and my colleagues its the trolls and political treads..

Lot's of old friends have left because of that..

CaptainHowdy 04-01-2018 04:09 AM

Nice catch, Mark.

DraX 04-01-2018 04:55 AM

I'm confused. In the last 564 days you've created 20 threads on GFY from topics including: Guardians of the Galaxy, Bitcoin Heist on Netflix, a man dying from falling from a crane, Rogue One Star Wars, the movie Iron Fist on Netflix, and "Racism Destroyed in One Minute. :)" but the reason your friends have left are because of people talking politics.

Venum 04-01-2018 06:11 AM

I have seen this also in lots of Google results lately.

They have several hundreds of domains, they have scraped content from many sites.

If clicked from Google results they redirect to dating site offers. So this is some kind of click jack SEO spam.

If you own a site, it is possible that you are victim of this too, so do google search with your site name and some site content and investigate.

What is he trying to do here?

just collect all this domains and send them as "Cloaking Domains" to google.
all of them will become worthless and will be blacklisted. they will not only disappear - a user what tries to go to such a domain in chrome will be redirected to a nice warning page instead.

it will take between 3 and 10 days til you see the result.

What is best way to inform Google about those? Just gathered list over 200 domains, so like to send those in one form.

Cyber Fucker 04-01-2018 07:08 AM

Well, this is not nice.

CurrentlySober 04-01-2018 07:09 AM

The title 'Losing erections during sex GFY content market' made me smile, as if content bought on GFY leads to erectile dysfunction !

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/spamreport

donīt forget to mention "cloaking" in your report they are very allergic to that.

unfortunately there is no bulk solution for that.

Holy Damage 04-01-2018 07:27 AM

same happened with one of my sites

Hi Tommy,

When I click that link Google asks if this is a Paid Links issue, Copyright / Legal, Phishing, etc. Which one would you describe this as?

Copyright / Legal obviously...:2 cents:

Acepimp 04-01-2018 12:08 PM

Glad to see GFY is a friendly community where people help each other out if a domain expires, and who don't do ridiculous shady shit! Oh wait.....

Hey TheDynasty: ===> :321GFY

If you pick any of those you will go to either google help or their dmca system. Help will do nothing for you and you must be the copyright owner or their rep to use the dmca system.

You want to hit the button on the bottom of the page that says "Report Webspam"

.

Done and thanks! Hopefully Eric will see this and take care of the DMCA or whatever else he needs to do.

Why do you think the dynasty guy owns that domain? That domain is basically a mirror gfy and the screenshot looks like it I from a post he made on gfy and left his email address.

That was an epic thread you made there thank you :thumbsup

abshard 04-01-2018 01:48 PM

When I search Google for "2muchmark gfy" I find similar domains cloning gfy with your posts, does that mean you own them? If you have posted your email on gfy before and I searched your email they would probably show up the same way.

3xmedia 04-01-2018 01:56 PM

yep, why do you actually assume it's him doing that? you checked whois of those domains and it showed he owns them? or?

abshard 04-01-2018 02:09 PM

I think you might have a lithium leak in your car, its not allowing you to think clearly. :winkwink:

Btw I just bought my first hybrid car last month, I love it and the gas millage :thumbsup

PornDude 04-01-2018 02:11 PM

In reality, these domains cannot rank well unless you search "for a very specific sentence" that was posted on the original site.

In fact, sometimes they may outrank the original site.

This method has been going on for about 2 years.

you can do that where you send the DCMA stuff or on malware (because cloaking is a malware technique)
phishing is alo not wrong (even when the fish is google in that case)

in this case you might be right but i have seen that with very popular and high ranking domains.

there are a few ways to protect a site with really own content but it is hard to do it with a site with embed stuff.

the good thing on that is that they are in 99% of all cases running that shit over cloudflair and cloudflair deletes such an account immediately when you write them.

if they are not on cloudflair but on an own server it is even more funny to crash their server or send them a friendly visitor from FBI or interpol.

When I search my e-mail address + gfy.com, which I have posted before, the same cloning domains come up in search.

I don't think TheDynasty is spoofing gfy.com. 2MuchMark is just mad about getting "screwed" over the domain thing that he isn't thinking clearly.

SIK 04-01-2018 04:21 PM

THIS METHOD with very same monetizing method (dating ad) is used a whole lot

Pretty much every better tube is cloned to hell and back with that very same principle
