Weather is Always nice in Thailand.
Different coasts, different weathers. When you have 2 week holidays you might hate some rain. When you stay some months it is just refreshing. |

in your racist world it is very obvious that a guy have to marry his own sister to keep the blood line clean. say hello from me to your mother-aunt. |

Do not twist things - me being anti mixing does not mean that I do not get along with other races. Completely different things. I know everybody who is neutral is racist in libby heads though. You also did not talk down on those racist thais who prefesr white MUCH more than so called "racists" of gfy. I guess they get a pass because they are not your hated whitey :) |

they donīt hate dark people - they just do what every other culture is doing - they are believing in beauty idols. a thai always want to show that he is somebody and he will always like to show what he have - this is their culture. dark skin people are usually dark because of the work in the rice fields. with other words: a dark person usually is not a rich person. but that does not mean that a dark person is hated for being dark. thailandīs culture is far more open to people who are different. you can find ladyboys in bank jobs and in the government and nobody complains it. you can find tomboys everywhere and they do not even hide it. a thai will prefer to buy a t-shirt on the street and not in the supermarket even when it is a bit more expensive but they care this people on the street and help them. the biggest thing for a thai is to give in the morning the best of what he have to the begging monks who are begging for the people with no food and no home. whatever comes they will stand as a society together and welcome everybody no matter if he is rich or poor and no matter what his believing is. there are many many things guys like you could learn from a thousands of years old culture and not trying to tell them that a country what is much too young to even have a culture have the better solution. |

Hong By Starlight By far the best organised tour. I think first trip your best with Phuket, its geared up for tourists, my advise is stay away from Patong, quality of my Phuket trips are based on how little I have to go there. Kata is a nice area, lotta Russians though. |

There are local prices and thai prices. But mostly there are differences cause the Thai know the local prices and most tourist forget to negotiate. I Always start with 50% of the asking price. They say a price, you pretend to walk away and you get a lower price. |

I stay long time, so i travel slooow. Now i was thinking, fly to Krabi, minibus to Ko Lanta stay 1 month, Boat to Phuket from Koh Lanta with a stop over on Phi Phi Island so i could see Phuket also. And than another month Pattaya. But there most be more nice islands without so many tourist. AO Nang beach in Krabi i don't like. Have been there several times on my way to other spots. Railay beach was nice, been there 2 months ago. Is a bit like Holland with the reggae 'coffeeshops'... |

ok this is true and usual but I do not see that as a real ripoff. All this attractions would not be there or not be public if they were financed by Thais. and - same as on this website - they donīt make a secret out of it. I really do not have a problem with that because I came in this country because I love it but I also know it will never be "my country". I will always be a foreigner there with the right and the ability to leave it whenever i want. i used to be always dissatisfied in my life and wanted more and more. thailand showed me that you can recognize your own happiness better when you not only look upwards but also once downwards and backwards. only then did i really realize that i am doing much better than 99.9% of the whole humanity. learning this way of looking at things has helped me personally to be happier. |

i lived for 6 years in the Caribbean and things have been worse there. there is no doubt that you can blame things in every country in this world. the point is how you can arrange yourself with the situation. if you ask for the WHY you will find many logic reasons and you can learn a lot if you are able to see and understand the backgrounds of a culture. |
