Paxum, where are our paxum cards shipped May 11th?
 

The system says our cards were shipped May 11st, it's been now 2 months exactly and NO CARDS.

It is not possible that for 6 people the cards are lost in the mail and we should pay $100 each to get the expedited shipping that still takes a month to get printed/shipped?

Please help!!

Looks like I am not the only one having this problem. I even applied and paid for a new card on my business account and they closed my account without sending me the card, stating I have violated TOS but I did not. They did not even tell me what part of their terms I have violated. This is insane. Paxum was a great service but this is unacceptable. :Oh crap

I got mine about a month ago, shipped from Romania - presumably from Paxum's office.

Probably lost, that is what they told me and asked me to pay $95 so that they can track the shipment. Paxum is a mess right now.

Mine shipped 10 May.
I went to check today in the post office, and no card arrived:mad:

Maybe in the US - I got it from a Romanian address via DPD courier.

Last week I ordered a new card, did not wait for lost card sent in early May.
The lost card came last weekend, if I had waited a few days... now I'm very upset.
The card can not be used and my paxum tickets are not answered two days.
A new card is printed and how much to wait for it again I do not know.
Who had a similar problem, can I activate the first card and not wait for the second card?

paypal checks take up to 45 days , clips4sale checks 60 days, all sent by regular mail

I never had a lost shipment and I didn't get my card also. Why there is no a simple tracking number, is that so complicated or expensive? It cost few bucks max and could be deducted from our accounts.

Also, 4 days no answer to a simple question on the ticket.

Same here. What should we do now ? Order a new card and wait a few weeks more (printing status) and pay express shipping 95$?

All over the world people are waiting 2+ months now. Maybe all those cc's never got shipped at first place. I really don't think its a postal problem all over the globe.

It would be interesting to make a list here and try to make a conclusion about that. The same thing you said came to my mind long ago. The idea that they don't have a tracking number is insane in the same way that there are a 60 days before they consider a card lost.

Were they simply decide to reduce pressure by fucking up some people they consider that should and can fuck? Was it done by geolocation or by the amount of money on account maybe?

I mean, if they clearly have a problem with funds, what if the logic was to slow down some users. For example, If someone has 3K standing there, it is better not to give him a card and send a card to 6 people having 500 on the account. More satisfied customers to spread words around.

I never had problems with the post office in this way. WHy do we need express shipping if there is a simple method people are since ever and it is called a tracking number.

And what prevents them from using other withdrawal options? they could withdraw their $3k by wire, EFT or instant external CC load. I tried all 3 options and worked fine.

The first one is that they don't want to connect to a local bank account with that service and this is why the card is the mandatory and main purpose of paxum for many people. I am sure there are more scenarios depending on situation that is different for each webmaster

Anyway, your theory is kinda ridiculous, I know many webmasters who had $xx,xxx+ on their accounts and they already received their cards.

Being jaunty as you usually are in your comments not helping all those people that didn't get their card. If you are not a paxum representative offering official data, your statement is even more "ridiculous".

The only thing that is sure is that many people didn't get their card and there is no tracking number and this can be a combination of factors mentioned above.(there is no official statement) A few moments ago you didn't even have an idea why the card is important and I could give you a few more strong reasons but a public is not a good place for that.

I am not getting a simple answer regarding transfer to a bank account for 4 days. Seems like procastination to me.

for me the card is important too, just pointed out there are other withdrawal options and at least one of them works for 99% of people.
