He asked Russia to hack emails live on TV, then they did and started releasing Podesta's emails. If Trump says he believes it was Russia then that means he believes they hacked the emails after he asked them to.

How did the FBI determine that the Russians hacked the DNC when the DNC has refused to turn over the server to the FBI?

I'm dying to hear how they plan on bringing the indicted Russians back on US soil to prosecute.
