Paxum payment delays, is it just me?
I went for a USD wire transfer 20 days ago.
Still I'm in the 'processing' phase. Wrote to them then got: 'Kindly be advised that our banking partner is currently experiencing delays in processing transactions in USD. We can assure you that they are working as fast as possible to resume the normal processing times but sadly we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe right now.' 10 days is enough for red lights to go off, even less, but 20 and counting  Anybody else had any issues like this? |
Im waiting for mine to drop as well. Hope its not a big issue
|
Money in motion, hope it will solvvery soon.
|
Similar issue here, EFT transfers returned, some kind of technical error.
|
I got money in a day. They're fast.
Today. But not USD. |
Just did a FTP, in euro, within one hour on my bank account! It's been fast like this for month's now.

We did encounter some delays recently with some outgoing payments, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I checked with the accounting team this morning and they advised that we're pretty much caught up on the backlog that was created by this delay. Anyone still awaiting a Paxum withdrawal should receive it very soon! If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime though, our support staff is ready to assist you! We have Live Chat on the website; you can call our Toll Free phone line; email queries can be sent to support (at paxum.com); and account-holders can always open a ticket from inside their account. Thank you for choosing Paxum for your payments! We know you have options, and we appreciate your business. :thumbsup |

Transfer finished in about 5 minutes or so... And yes, it has been this fast since a few months.:thumbsup |
Just had the standard reply from Paxum blah blah 5 business days etc. So what used to take 5min now takes 5 business days. Big thumbs down from me.

I love Paxum, i have been using it for 13 years with pretty much no problem
But USDT and BTC are so much easier these days, i get all my payments in crypto, then withdraw through wire and I get the money in a day on my bank account 5% fee discount on all crypto trades AND get your account to receive payments for free : https://bit.ly/3sKSmhg I can't believe I just spammed GFY with my affiliate link :1orglaugh |
Oh you can sell Helium/HNT on there?! Great that's ideal for me, I just signed up thanks!

If you need any help about it, feel free to ask, I have been using it since October (so a good 7 months now) and it just does the job with me. And their withdrawals to my bank account here in EU are really fast, usually 1 day. Thanks for your signup, much appreciated, i'll help you if I can https://i.snipboard.io/i8s2Pa.jpg |

Waiting for a few days. My wire was validated on Monday. Normally, my bank should receive the money the other day.
|
Looks like they're having some issues 'beyond their control'. At least that's what I understood from support. Usually I'm extremely content with Paxum's EFT withdrawals.
They would literally hit my bank account within 5 minutes with Trustly for the past 4-5 months or so. And before that within 24 hours through some other payment processor. I made a withdrawal yesterday, so far no sign of it in my bank account. I'm hopeful I still will receive it either today or on Monday after a small delay just like desertz1 did. Just sucks I have some urgent medical bills to take care of. I'll provide an update once funds hit my bank account. But I guess every situation is different. |

I had two more EFT withdrawals since this request. First one was processed within 24 hours. The second one was requested last Thursday and still not received 5 days later. Never before did I have to wait this long with Paxum. I don't understand how withdrawals that were instant, meaning automatically approved, validated and deposited into your bank account within seconds, now all of a sudden are not instant anymore. Yet still the same payment processor, TRUSTLY, is being used for EFT withdrawals in EU. Can anyone with a better knowledge of payment solutions, shed some light on the technicalities behind this? Like what am I missing? What would the chain look like here? Paxum -- > Trustly -- > Local Bank Account or would there be another an additional party involved where the problems start? Paxum -- > Intermediary -- > Trustly -- > Local Bank Account Or does this have to do with max limits the payment partners allow? It would help to understand what's causing the delay as I don't want to look for an alternative method. With support I don't come further than "it's out of our hands". I really hope this is not the new standard. I sympathize with those waiting for weeks in this thread. Hope all gets solved soon. |
Any news anyone ? Still same issue for me :-( instant EFT are not instant anymore, can take one day or 3 4.... was good for months, will it get back to normal ?

EFT received! Took almost 7 days from the time of request. Let’s hope future withdrawals will be faster.
