If you are going to try to play Mr. Recruiter Man then perhaps you should know the following BEFORE you try to play middle man.

1: What are the model's interests and limitations?

2: What do you plan to charge for referral fees?

Know your fucking business and have the answers ready if you expect to have good responses. I'm totally dumbfounded at the sheer stupidity of the guy I've been TRYING to do business with.

All i gotta say is I know what she will do and i told him. He wanted more than what she said she'll do. I said I talked about her doing masturbation and she said she has never done that before, she doesnt know. So i simply said do you want to talk to her and ask her if she will or me? If a question is playing games then i guess everyone plays games. Different companies will only pay a certain amount for a referral no matter what the fuck you want. They can easily find girls on their own with their own in house recruiters so they dont need to negotiate referral payouts.

I didn't ask your model to do more than you said she would do. Solo work in this business usually includes masturbation. You failed to specify if she would do that or not so I asked.

Just my two cents about him. He understands that some people pay a $1,000 referral fee and some pay less. He does ask the model what she will do and not do. I have talked to him and talked to a model that he referred. It was all done in a very professional manner.

Just to let everyone know this girl was very hard to deal with. She flies off the handle over everything i asked her. Shes one of those girls that are really hard to deal with, and if you've been in this business you know there are many girls like that.
