Bad experience with a model interview today
 

So today I had a prospect come into the office for an interview. I spoke with her on the phone and made it very clear we shoot NUDES. She shows up with a guy who looks like the Incredible Hulk who claims he plays in the NFL. I didn't get his last name. Anyways, this guy is about 6'4, 280 lbs and built like a brick shithouse. By the looks of the scarring around his elbows, I believe he was in fact an NFL player. So when i explain that we are only interested in shooting her nude they start getting upset.. The guy looks at me like he is angry and says "You brought us all the way down here for this???!!??" ... "us"? "brought"? ... Ummmmm... Ok... So I explain that I can refer her to some other photogs but the vibe in the room has gone downhill bigtime. After a couple Ego boosting comments on their part they walk out without responding to my "Have a good day". Apparently this 25 year old with fake boobs and a chipped and crooked front tooth is too good to get naked for my company but she says she is being reviewed for Playboy. All I know is that it sucks to have a huge NFL player mad at you. :upsidedow thinking of getting a pistol for the office

Most violent crime is committed by people far too dumb to come to these conclusions. Don't ever make the mistake of thinking that the dude who is going to rob, maim, kill, carjack, ass-rape you is a rational actor, he ain't.

I would only pistol whip in the event that the guy wasn't a major threat but still trying to get at me. I would hate for it to come down to any violent scenario but reality sucks sometimes.

Don;t get the gun, if you shoot the guy, first they will get you in jail and after that they will see if they are right. Second, if they find out that you are doing adult shit then you will have small chances in court.

If the trial is with jury then you are totally fucked. I mean I can see it: "a pornographer tried to con a innocent woman to make porn movies but her boyfrind opposed and consequently the pornographer shot him". You will never get away with it even if you are innocent.
