My friend had a heart attack last night. Age 20
 

Doesnt do drugs, or smokes but drinks 20 beers a day. Likes the fast food too but he is only 20 years old. I cant believe it soo shocking. Got any xany bars for me?

even though I feel sad for you . . and your friends and his family .. and hope he will be ok . it is not a shock to me . . and quite a common something nowadays ..


the things you eat . . drink . . cause this . . but not only that . .also your attitude and your way of thinking . .


adrenaline . . testoseron . . all things that makes your heart go faster . . and those two things are a selling point on every product right now . . so no it is not a shock to me that many young people are having heart attacks! it is a shock nevertheless that the people on top see this . but dont react

oh no he didnt die sorry I didnt clarify that, it was a minor heart attack but still.

5ft 9 stocky build has a beer gut. He has an active job and is moving around all day. If you saw the guy he looks like a typical guy. He smoked weed in his early teens, but never cigs. The 20 beers a night could contributed to the stress, but the guy has indian in his blood. But he does eat fast food, but he is only 20years old maybe almost 21 in a few months.

drinking 6pm -12pm every night since I have know him.

man , that sucks , i feel very shocked as i may end up like this in couple of years , ive been having health problems lately... time for a thoughts of future

i know fastfood is very unhealthy cause they put the worst of the worst,still not sure what to say. His doctor will give him good advices on what to avoid and how to improve his lifestyle from now on.

Damn..maybe it's in his family.a good wake up call indeed

hope he comes out of it ok. Should probably cut back on that fast food and alcohol though.

Wow I feel your pain. Hopefully everything turns out ok.

Having a heart attack THAT young normally means he had some sort of pre-existing condition that he didn't know of or didn't take care of. Oh, and If he's killing 20 beers/day I'd be willing to bet he's got A LOT more problems then you know of....

he must have some heart abnormality that had never been picked up on by his doctors - until you're into your 30's the body can take a ton of abuse, just look at what people do, drugs, booze, no sleep, etc - u don't see rockstars having heart attacks in their 20's and 30's, not that many in their 40's either. but a tiny % of people have undiagnosed things going on that a family doctor doesn't catch cuz when they have a 20 year old patient who isn't complaining about anything too serious they really don't look too hard.


glad it was minor and now the doctors will be investigating how at 20 he could have had even a minor heart attack.

He probably has a family history of heart problems. That couple with fast food diet is a major problem. Best of luck to him!

1) No it's not quite common for 20 year olds to have heart attacks.
2) You can't "think" your way in to having one.
3) They don't put testosterone in food and sell it you stupid fuck.
